I placed an order for an item(cupboard door) , which turned out to be the wrong size (a standard non bespoke size) Hotdoors will not refund the full amount despite the following:

It was delivered to a neighbour therefore I did not get chance to check the item,
I contacted hotdoors and was told that there would be a 25% processing cost to return - bearing in mind it was in no way damaged and never hung.
I requested a waver on the basis of re-ordering another correctly sized item, and paying for postage, to which I was told no and to refer to terms and conditions.
Very disappointed. Order with caution

We ordered high gloss kitchen cupboard doors to give our kitchen a refresh and they were excellent.
The doors came quickly and none were damaged. There were clear and quite detailed instructions on how to check the boxes and what to do after if you subsequently discovered any damaged.
Such concise instructions did make us a bit wary but we needn't have worried. All the doors were there, cut exactly as ordered and delivered by two very polite and professional men, who were a credit to the company. First time we've ordered, doors from the Internet, first time we've used this company. I would happily recommend them to friends, in fact, I already have. Excellent from start to finish.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY:
I never said that I placed the order 6 months ago. I said that 6 months after finishing my first bathroom I went to renovate my second and the colour was unavailable. Would you believe I don't have the time or inclination to call you up chasing colours you've discontinued.

One star review due to the fact that less than 6 months after ordering my first set of doors they discontinued the colour and line I ordered: fir supergloss graphite. Now I am left with one bathroom in a colour I cannot match. Poor continuity from a company.

I was talked through ordering on a video call as I wasn't confident on the measurements I was taking at home. Emailed a quote and paid it, delivery arrived without issue.
I would recommend them if you wanted to change the Kitchen doors!

I ordered some drawer fronts to replace old faded ones along with some panels to make some new cabinets. I visited the showroom and they were very helpful. Quality looks very good and they look great after being installed for 3 mths. Only minor issue was delivery cannot be planned but still worth 5 stars in my view. They do bedroom units too and I’ll definitely use them again.

I rang customer service as I realised I had ordered the wrong finish on my made to measure doors,the guy I talked to was excellent and knew his job I was able to change the finish and I am very happy with the result.The order arrived promptly and in great condition.Thank you 👍

From purchase in November 2024, liaison in January 2025 and a recent enquiry in May 2026 the customer service is excellent. Staff on telephone are efficient and courteous.

The delivery was quite fast, the packaging was very good so no damage could occur and was left in my safe place.the doors were spot on with the quality and measurements

Great quality and price, exactly as advertised and arrived within the time frame suggested. When we decide to refresh the kitchen we will know where to go. 10 out of 10!

Paid my money turned up not bad quality for a a sample

Doors are great quality. One door was badly damaged through the postal service but one email and Hotdoors were on it and replaced it imediately.
