Poor customer service and ignored emails regarding damaged goods
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and delivery issues experienced with Hotdoors.
1. Quality Issues: Every single "Matt Alby Blue" door in my order arrived with systematic surface defects and pressure marks. I promptly sent detailed photographic evidence as requested, but I have been completely ignored with zero response from customer service.
2. Transit Damage: The second delivery for my White 500 Extra Tall Larder Unit arrived with severely crushed packaging, resulting in broken and unusable side panels and drawer components. Again, despite submitting immediate photo evidence, no one has bothered to reply.
I have tried my best to resolve this professionally via email, but being ignored while my home renovation is held up is completely unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and an immediate resolution regarding replacements.

I ordered a worktop to match my existing in the new build I had brought, super helpful with samples and I ordered from Hotdoors and next day delivery, two deliver guys carried the worktop in and put it in the garden on a temp bench I had set up, really good no complaints

Excellent support
Excellent support. I asked to cut the doors and they got in touch. Even though they said they couldn’t, they at least tried to see what could be done and discuss my options. Every other place just said no too bad. Doors came very quickly and in good condition. The exact same doors are sold at least 20% less than other places.

Everything was great except the manner in which your preferred delivery company packed there truck it was a complete shambles and I was surprised nothing was damaged . I would have a stern word with them or change to a different delivery company.
