From start to finish they could not have been more helpful. Right at the start they helped me understand size of drawers and doors so I was confident in my order. Unfortunately, there were some problems with the delivery company and some of the doors arrived with damage (nothing major but damage all the same). The team at hotdoors sent new doors multiple times until everything arrived in perfect condition at no cost to myself. Really good customer service and the final product looks really good

Good Quality cabinet and drawer made to measure doors and standard doors. Cheaper than other competitors as well. would highly recommend.

The quality of the doors was excellent (in fact better than the door that was being replaced). The delivery time was brilliant. It was packaged really well.

The doors arrived as expected and were a perfect match to the existing kitchen .they are extremely good quality and are packedged very well to avoid damage but the main reason to use hot doors is the quality .

I have not received goods yet as have only just put in the order. However, on helpfulness, knowledge, prompt attention, I cannot fault them. Especially Scott. If the goods are anything like the service I will be very happy.

Doors delivered on time and exactly as ordered.

Seamless service, helped me find the right door and colour matching. A task I thought might take a few weeks to resolve was resolved in one visit. Aftercare checks and advise tgrough tge process.

Doors arrived 5 days late and only came when I phoned twice. I asked for a partial refund but have heard nothing since. I had to pay my builder as he was ready to fit them but we had to wait to 10 working days.

WHY should this firm have to do anything special for me ? They are set to be a specialist firm selling its wares - which is what it did, the people were friendly, polite and most helpful- they even made a sales.
What resent is this intrusion.

Order delivered in good time but the colour was wrong - sent ‘cashmere’ instead of ‘pistachio’ (light sage green) Did include small 4”x4” colour samples incl pistachio, but we would have liked the correct colour door really.
