Not sure why the reviews are so bad here. Customer service is excellent; their chat service is really prompt and they quick to resolve issues. Have the magic 8 pro and it's a fantastic phone.

Horrible experience—sent a damaged phone and zero customer support

I am extremely disappointed with Honor's customer service, specifically my experience dealing with an agent named Firas.I ordered a brand-new Honor 400 phone, but the day it arrived, it was already chipped from the corner. It strongly felt like a refurbished phone sold to me as new. Because I am a single mother managing multiple hospital and doctor appointments for my children, I desperately needed a working phone immediately, so I had to set it up.When I sent pictures of the damage to customer services to ask for advice, their handling of the situation showed a complete lack of understanding and compassion:No advance replacement: They refused to send a replacement first so I wouldn't be left without a phone. No refund flexibility: I offered to buy a second phone and return the damaged one for a refund. They refused, stating it was "exchange only".No compensation: They refused to offer any partial refund or discount for the inconvenience of sending a faulty, damaged device. It feels like they purposefully make the process impossible so you are forced to keep a damaged phone. I strongly recommend avoiding Honor. They are selling refurbished phones as brand-new and offer zero real customer service when things go wrong.

I bought an Honor Magic 8 Pro and noticed a bug: taking a rear camera portrait photo using one of the three filters on the right displays the phone's model name. Reported this to customer service in Feb 2026, but no fix yet.

HONOR X9b

HONOR X9b – A Huge Disappointment!

I honestly regret spending my hard-earned money on the HONOR X9b. I have been using this phone for only about a year, and I am already facing serious problems.

The phone has developed a green screen/display issue, and the fingerprint sensor has completely stopped working. For a phone in this price range, experiencing these kinds of problems within just one year is completely unacceptable.

I bought the HONOR X9b expecting good quality, durability, and reliability, but my experience has been the exact opposite. It has been a major disappointment and a complete waste of money for me.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend the HONOR X9b to anyone. Think twice before spending your money on this phone. There are plenty of other brands and models worth considering.

HONOR seriously needs to improve the quality and after-sales support of its products.

Avoid Honor Foldables: 3-Month Inner Screen Failure & Warranty Rejected Without Proof

I bought the HONOR Magic V5 directly from the official Honor UK Eshop. After just three months of careful, normal use, a black dot and bleeding lines appeared on the inner folding screen. This is a known structural issue with foldable panels, but Honor’s customer service and their repair partner (SBE) immediately rejected the 24-month manufacturer warranty. They sent a chargeable invoice with a single line stating "damage found," claiming a "bump" in the screen was user fault. However, the bump is pushing UPWARDS from underneath the OLED panel due to a mechanical hinge or sub-panel failure. The top glass, outer chassis, and screen protector are completely smooth, unbroken, and pristine.Fortunately, I took a comprehensive, multi-angle high-resolution video of the phone immediately before packaging and posting it. Despite this undeniable physical proof showing zero external trauma, impact marks, or scratches, Honor upper management doubled down and refused to honour their warranty or their 180-Day Replacement Policy. They completely failed to meet the legal reverse burden of proof required under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 for a product failing within 6 months.

If you buy a premium foldable from Honor, protect yourself: take videos of the phone before sending it to them, because they will try to blame you for internal hardware failures. I have bypassed Honor entirely and launched a formal Section 75 dispute with my credit provider to get my money back.

Organisational skills of a carrot

Organisational skills of a carrot.
Want to know when your device is arriving? Dont ask them. They dont know. Could be a week... could be a month. Who knows? All they give you is a start date and no time frame.
Dont bother. Wish I hadn't.

Don't fall for the honor deals with freebies

Ordered a honor 600 pro with the summer package-projector, 2 handheld fans and a Bluetooth speaker. Waited the 14 day cool down period and registered on the 31st of May and you can track the order. it's been excepted but not sent it's now July and have heard nothing from them so I send an email to be told that there is no time frame or date and can take upto 2 months so that means if it were to be delivered then it will be late August to September. HOW IS THAT A SUMMER DEAL. feel coned by ee an honor as I ordered a samsung s26 with a free watch that came with 2 weeks after the 14 day cool down period...honor has no honor when it's come to customer once you have their phone and the 14 days have gone past they don't care...never again. Samsung all the way next time

Terrible phone

Terrible phone. Sound was going off and on whenever it felt like it. Apps kept freezing and the customer service was like talking to a parrot.I reported the phone 3 times and requested a repair. All i got was lies, was told id be sent out a repair bag to get the phone repaired. Never happened and kept having to chase them up. I ended up smashing up the phone. Don1t buy this product ever.

Very disappointed with the customer…

Very disappointed with the customer experience. I placed my order expecting prompt dispatch, but after several days with no updates I had to contact customer support myself to find out what was happening.
Only then was I told my order had been delayed because the free wireless charging stand was out of stock. At no point did Honor proactively notify me of the delay or explain why my order hadn't shipped.
The support agent was polite, but the response was simply that they were waiting for stock with no estimated dispatch date. Better communication would have avoided the frustration entirely.
If an item is delaying an order, customers should be informed immediately and given the option to ship the main order first or remove the out-of-stock item. Good products don't make up for poor communication and order management.

I brought an Honor 600 pro 7 weeks ago
I brought an Honor 600 pro 7 weeks ago. It arrived broken . I returned it immediately using DHL at Honors request.

It arrived almost a month ago. Since then I have messaged them so many times regarding my £699.00 refund & all I get are automated responses which are not even relevant to the question.

I eventually did call them and was told when I complained.

And I quote. " well we've got your money and our phone. Good luck getting a refund English pig. We're in China. nothing uk can do. "

I urge you not to buy from honor directly or you will almost certainly have the same horrific experience i did. Please be warned.

DO NOT BUY FROM HONOR

Purchased Honor pad 10 in November 2025 as a Christmas gift. In February 2026, a key fell off from the keyboard. I contacted honour and they said that because the item was over the 30 days grade period it would have to be sent to their service centre. Sent it off, and got hit with a bill for £130. I argued that this is manufacturing fault and as a consumer, im within my rights to get it repaired or replaced under warranty. Service centre forward me to Honor. Honor argued over the phone with me and refused to repair or replace under warranty. They offered me £20 off a new keyboard...
They wouldn't service a customer that spent nearly £500 on a tablet with accessories originally, to replace a £30 keyboard (after £20 voucher) free of charge. Disgraceful. DO NOT BUY HONOR PRODUCTS THERE IS NO AFTER MARKET SUPPORT!!

HONOR chinese Fraudsters

Honor is one of the chinese fraud company who promises 2 year warranty, but doesn’t honour the warranty.

My Honor fold phone screen went black,ot was within warranty, when sent to Honor for repair they came back saying it will cost £760 to repair eventhough under warranty

I am going to raise complaint against Honor with ombudsman

However i would recommend NOT to purchase anything from Honor for two reasons, first the product won’t last long and when it comes to repair within warranty they straight away deny repairing

Honor are another theif company

Be careful

Extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

I made the decision to move into the Honor ecosystem and purchased both an HONOR 200 and an HONOR MagicPad 2. I expected a premium experience, reliable products and customer service capable of supporting the products it sells. Instead, I have been left regretting that decision.

My HONOR 200 has developed a serious fault whereby, when swiping up from certain apps, the device intermittently emits a very loud continuous alarm-like sound before unexpectedly restarting itself. This is not a minor inconvenience or cosmetic issue. It is a fundamental fault affecting a device that people rely on every day for work, banking, travel, communication and family life.

What makes this even more frustrating is that this issue is well documented on Honor's own forums by other users. Despite this, my experience of customer service has been one of complete indifference. Rather than demonstrating any understanding of the issue or offering meaningful assistance, I have been met with generic responses and a level of support that leaves the impression that nobody is genuinely interested in resolving the problem.

The apparent solution is simply to send the device away and be without a primary phone for an unspecified period while hoping the issue is fixed. There appears to be little appreciation of the inconvenience this causes or the fact that most people cannot simply function without their mobile phone. For a company attempting to compete in the premium technology market, this is an astonishingly poor customer experience.

The most disappointing aspect is the complete lack of ownership. I invested significant money into Honor products because I believed in the ecosystem and expected support if something went wrong. Instead, I have spent my time repeatedly explaining a fault that appears to be known within the user community while receiving little more than scripted responses and inconvenience in return.

The reality is that specifications, marketing and launch events mean very little when a product develops faults. The true measure of a company is how it treats customers when things go wrong. Based on my experience, Honor has failed that test badly.

As a result of this experience, I am now exploring my rights through my credit card provider and considering wider complaints regarding Honor's handling of customers when faults arise. Consumers deserve better than defective products combined with customer service that appears unwilling or unable to take meaningful responsibility.

I purchased an HONOR 200 and an HONOR MagicPad 2 because I wanted to buy into the Honor ecosystem. Looking back, that was a mistake. I would not recommend Honor products, and I certainly would not make the same purchasing decision again.
