I ordered a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner a month ago and haven't received any updates on the delivery. The DPD tracking number is either fake or doesn't work, and the customer service, which is only available via chat or email, is appalling. This website is a disaster. Their partners are unreliable and don't honor their commitments. Absolutely avoid them.

Great experience

Great experience! I had some challenges to install the new office but it was because there was a “test” version on the laptop I had just bought. I had a prompt and helpful feedback from the company! All good!

Support réactif et problème résolu

Installation un peu compliquée au début mais le support a été très réactif et m’a aidé jusqu’à ce que tout fonctionne correctement. Office fonctionne maintenant parfaitement sur mon MacBook. Merci pour votre aide.

The installation was a bit complicated at first, but the support team was very responsive and helped me until everything worked correctly. Office is now working perfectly on my MacBook. Thank you for your help.

box was broken

box was broken, loose tools inside, screwdriver broken and... no answer from anyone (despite pictures sent in my message). At least I've been told that it was over-delay !!! (message sent at the first day !!!)
