Groupon France Reviews 

This is the 4th time I am asking Groupon to refund the order I made with them for Printerpix Photo Albums. Still no refund.

Printerpix have lost the photo album project I spent weeks to create and was ready to order due to a technical error that corrupted their data.
Printerpix admitted it. I copied Groupon and Printerpix on all my recent emails. Groupon knows it and still have NOT refunded me!

Groupon are not reliable at all. They sell services of providers that are not reliable AND do not dare refunding clients when such problems occur.
AVOID that company! They used to be reliable but they are obviously not anymore.
Moreover, Groupon email includes a phone number for Printerpix that does NOT work at all.

Responses from Printerpix shared with Groupon but still no refund:

Pour initier votre remboursement, nous vous prions de contacter directement le service client de Groupon. We want to assure you that we are working to prevent similar issues in the future. We truly regret that we cannot recover the files and appreciate your understanding.

History:
After having order 3 photo albums with Printerpix.fr via Groupon, and spent weeks creating the 100 pages album for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary, the photo album project became unaccessible on Printerpix.fr website.
Printerpix.fr does NOT respond to the phone number Groupon provided in their email after my order. Please give us a valid phone number to reach Printerpix.fr.

Fast ans serious, great

Bought it on July 16.
Tried to install only July 24 , after having followed all recommended instructions ie. uninstal the previous versions and the like.
Downloading the links generates an error message right away thus impossible to go any further. Total disappointment for such a failure !

Hello. The product does not work and after follow-ups for a refund, there has been no contact with the supplier who is no longer responding to emails. I do not recommend this site.

I warned from july 17th and You didn't solve my problem at all. This is the Google rating I posted with the beginning of the message in English: "Several attempts over the past two months to reach you. Systematic voicemail, messages left from me. No one ever answers or calls back! I'm stuck with a Groupon voucher wit ..." No refund from you in the 24 hours remaining is YOUR mistake, and I lost 48 euros, quite a sum!

The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. It was super easy to purchase and easy to make appointment. I highly recommend this place. I did a KOBIDO facial massage and it was a great experience. I came out glowing and my face felt great.

The licence sold was a fake. It should be a licence that doesn’t expire and it expired after one month.
