Good selection. I don't find the website paticularly easy as it on occasion misses things and you have to navigate it differently sometimes.

Disappointing all the way
Late dispatch. Missed birthday the gift was intended for. Then the courier Goldsmith used tried to deliver at the wrong address. Couldn’t receive gift for another five days. Totally disappointing. Item was nice when it arrived. Would sadly think twice about on line purchase after this experience. Go to the store.

Overnight I received an email that my order, number GBG1784981 was delayed. No approx shipping date.
I thought i would call Goldsmiths helpline, admittedly on a Sunday morning but after waiting 45 minutes amd no movement in my placement I gave up.
Very disappointed customer atm. I expected better service especially as the item was in stock when ordered.
