Dispatch was a little slow but delivery super quick. Product was excellent and nicely packaged. Very competitive price. All in, a very good experience.

Whilst the initial service was good and the sofas looked good, both sofas have suffered from defective workmanship. We have two sofa & stuff sofas, one leather and one velvet. The leather sofa suffered from fabric coming away from the buttons, this was eventually rectified. Subsequently, after about two years of normal use, the stitching on the velvet sofa started to come apart. Sofas & stuff took no responsibility for this advising that I should find an upholsterer to fix the problem. My advice would be that these are great sofas to look at, but if you expect them to stand up well to even light domestic use then you will be disappointed.

Very straightforward. Friendly staff and we received the full price quoted online. Was sceptical, but in the end very easy and much less hassle than selling privately.

Despite ordering the wrong size black circles swapped the tyres and even refunded me the small difference in cost - all very efficiently and with little hassle.
