I ordered the protein powder. There was a small discount if you signed up to subscribe. Thought I’d try it. Zero warning/ mention of shipping costs through the whole process. Then as I activate ApplePay I note that shipping charge is $155!!! I immediately reached out to cancel the purchase as this is an outrageous charge. I tried 4 separate avenues and only had a response AFTER the order had been processed. Resources was basically too bad, we use an external coming for shipping and it’s your problem. Naturally I have cancelled my subscription but wanted to warn others. This company is not ready to ship internationally as the costs to customer are out of control!! And they really don’t care if you get lumped with it by surprise. Customer service is not their strength. There’s plenty of protein options in Australia. Stick to those!

Great product, terrible customer service. I love this product, although it’s expensive for what it is. The part that really went wrong for me was her customer service - when my subscription order didn’t arrive, first it took a week for them to respond and then when I replied back it took another week for that reply! And that was just the start of it taking a month before they sent another pack, whuch then the system stuffed up again along with a much higher postage charge. They even didn’t refund the postage for the first order that was never sent, until I required it. I’m wondering if she’s using AI because it felt like it. Not good. Beware if you have troubles. Their ordering system and support is awful.

Communication started the moment I ordered the product. Within days I received so was able to start and 2nd batch arrived in time so was not without.

This product turned my ordinary coffee everyday into a really delicious fancy treat and I’m enjoying a big batch of protein as a bonus! The frother work fabulously and the foam it creates is the best! I adore this product. You must treat yourself!

I now begin my meals with a veggie starter, then eat protein and healthy fat. I eat carbs or a low sugar food at the end of the meal, if necessary. I've lost 35 pounds and my lab work looks better, too. Thanks, Jessie, for changing my way of eating and making my doctor so happy :)!

I had an issue with my order and they fixed it in 2 days. I really like the product, I use it in my coffee every morning.

Product is one of a kind with no flavor other than like a tiny add of milk and pure and only 2 ingredients. I use every morning in my coffee and voila, 20g of protein! I do agree with the recommendation to not add to boiling or close to boiling coffee because then it clumps but if you use as directed it's perfect. My new normal daily routine!

Despite the mix-up with my order and the delivery ultimately not happening due to the courier, their customer support was absolutely top-notch. Communication was quick, kind, and professional, and they refunded the full amount for the undelivered product without putting me through any unnecessary questions, complications, or extra steps. I have started the Anti-Spike tablets out of curiosity and I can say my sugar cravings went down. Happy to continue having this medication to reduce my sugar cravings. I do recommend the Anti-Spike formula. (PS I have not checked before and after the glucose levels)

I ordered the Anti-spike and they made me join a subscription. They delivered the first one and then nothing even though they continued to charge me. I reached out and Alex responded saying it would be delivered as a priority, but nothing. I continued to reach out they basically vanished / ignored me. This is really disappointing given i have bought Jessie's books and thought she was a person with some ethics .. but clearly it is about social media presence and money. Would avoid and look at a more reputable team providing the same services.

It’s really accurate and it helps me understanding glucose and metabolisme better. Hopefully this really will be a glucose revolution.
