I honestly cannot recommend Fresh Motors highly enough. From the very first enquiry through to receiving my car, the customer service was absolutely impeccable.

Communication was outstanding throughout. Email responses were incredibly fast, and every question I had was answered promptly, clearly and professionally. At no point did I feel like I was just another customer — Adam in particular went above and beyond and genuinely made me feel valued. His patience, professionalism and willingness to help made the whole experience exceptionally easy and reassuring.

I was also around four hours south of Fresh Motors, so naturally I wondered how straightforward the delivery would be. I needn’t have worried! The car was delivered to me with a smile, and a special thank you to Jonathan, who was fantastic and made the delivery experience just as positive as everything that came before it.

I’d also like to give a huge thank you to Adam, Keiran and Jonathan for their professionalism, helpfulness and outstanding customer service throughout the whole process. They are a real credit to Fresh Motors.

Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with a dealership from a distance, but Fresh Motors made the entire process seamless, professional and genuinely enjoyable.

It’s rare these days to come across this level of customer service, and Fresh Motors absolutely deserve recognition for it.

Booked car in on short notice for an oil change and was happy to get it done 2 days later.
Had a call by lunch time to pick it up as all done with a health check as well.

Had an excellent experience buying my car from Fresh Motors.
Bought remotely and have never done that before but having read previous reviews could see Fresh Motor were a trustworthy concern.
Dealt with Adam - via email and he then sent a video of car enabling us to then reserve. He was very responsive to my queries and replied quickly.
Decided to travel on train (170 miles away) to collect car, although they did offer to deliver.
On the handover day unfortunately Adam was on annual leave but he had passed everything over to his colleague Kieron who was again very helpful.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fresh Motors - and even though not local to me would buy from them again

Good service and response times. Perfect finish on car for ceramic protection

The service I received from Fresh Motors was exemplary - ease of booking with excellent communication both online and by telephone. The job itself was completed very quickly - booked late on Saturday and I drove my car away at 10am Monday morning. Front desk staff pleasant and efficient.

As a first time customer I was impressed with the service I received. Went in for a tyre change and to check the others. Got a video of my car showing me the other tyres and talking me through the recommendations. Quick turn around and great service from the staff.
