I have been trying to get through to the parts department for 5 days! Phone just ringing, I had a web chat and they said we will get someone to ring you, nobody rang. I contacted sales 3 times who all took my details and said I'll go and give your details to parts department and get them to ring you! Still nothing. Im not wasting my time anymore trying, absolutely rubbish customer service, they obviously don't want the work! I needed my car sorting asap as im a full time carer, 5 days of trying is disgusting. Absolutely excellent service, From start to finish, the staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
The only downside is the parking, which is quite limited and can make arriving a little difficult. Other than that, I honestly couldn’t fault the service.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had…
Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. Waited in person from 9:30am till 3pm for an MOT and service, only to get the car back and find another error light on, then told that they can’t do anything about it. Will look elsewhere for my next car.

Customers in the service centre seemed unhappy as cars were being kept over for additional work or parts. One customer had to inform them that the "service due" light was still on after picking her car up from its service. Lots of employees milling around doing nothing. Charged £45 to have my registration plates changed after nearly a 2 hour wait
