It’s a scam!

I used Daopay to pay to order something online. The call ended after it was completed, as it should be. But I didn’t receive my order and the 42 minute long call was also not visible in the Daopay transaction overview.

Customer service said they need my phone bill to verify the 42 minute call was paid for by my phone provider.
So after waiting some weeks, I received my invoice and sent it to Daopay customer service. And guess what: total silence.

Before I sent the invoice they answered within hours, only saying that they wanted to help but needed the invoice.
Now they apparently forgot how to answer. Daopay works on a good day and system failures can happen, but they don’t want to fix it when that happens. They are literally scammers, watch out using it. They can easily take your money and give you nothing, so use it at own risk.

Dao vs dundle = scam

Good day. Beware of this company and also their operator daopay. I have 3 unfinished payments that they did not allow me to complete due to their mistake, which they also admitted in their emails. After 2 months of emailing, Dundle blocked my account for no reason and told me that daopay.com would return the money. Daopay finally agreed, but under the condition that I should send them invoices, bank statements and similar personal data, which I think they did not even need, but they probably expected that I would not want it and I would give it all up. On 24.4.2025, I delivered all the documents with my sensitive personal data to them and since then they have stopped communicating with me. I would like to ask you for help, which control authority can I contact if I think this is a fraud and an illegal procedure from both companies, thank you

Complete scam

Complete scam. They ask you to call a premium number at the cost of £6 a time until you get to the amount you asked for. And when you email them and complain that you didn't receive it, they will come up with a standard reply that you didn't verify your phone number so the payment failed and you need to provide a copy of your passport and phone bill (attempted identity theft). Asking for a refund will get no reply.
