I went today for a Hearing test and the lovely gentleman that came out to greet me was very helpful, put me at ease and went through everything that was going to happen. Nothing was too much bother and he took time to explain exactly what he was doing. Would recommend anyone that needs a hearing test to pay him a visit. His name is Kevin McMulkin he is a credit to them he gets 10/10 from me.

Thorough assessment of hearing. No hard sell but sound advice on hearing aids. Good follow up and checks .
This was with Boots Reading. Shergen was particularly good at explaining cleaning procedures of aids.

I was really nervous about having to have hearing aids, but once my assessment was complete and all the issues were raised, explained in slow-time and clarified, I was 100% ready to try them. My Audiologist at Chelmsford Hearing Care was absolutely flippin brilliant. Its very clear that she knew her stuff. Very professional, very clear, very personable. Wow, what a credit she is to Boots!

My experience at boots hearing in stamford as been excellent, they have supported and helped me through my new experience of hearing aids, I have had two tests and I am having the aids fitted in two weeks , with guanteed on going surport .I apprensive at the beginning, but I now feel a lot more knowledgeable and relaxed.

Helen was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. She explained everything when conducting the full hearing test, and afterwards too, and answered all my questions, very fully and clearly. Helen, therefore, made it easy for me to decide which hearing aids were exactly the right ones for me. Overall, she was, and so the entire experience was, truly easy, productive, and excellent! :-)

An excellent experience at Boots Huntingdon. I am very please with my new hearing aids. Ravi clearly explained what to expect during the hearing test and explained the different types of hearing aids available and what to expect from each type. There was no pressure at any time during the process. Your are invited back for a check up about 4 weeks after having your hearing aids fitted to make sure everything is ok.

Really good service. Jut wish there was weekend appointments in bridgend or later appointments in the week.

The audiologist was very knowledgeable, completed a very thorough assessment, and gave cogent concise and appropriate advice.

All I can say here is amazing
Anyone who is having issues with their hearing really really needs to go to BOOTS. Mohammed in Cleveleys BOOTS was fantastic and I cannot praise him enough. I have been really depressed with my hearing and waiting for the NHS appointments which is ridiculous so I ended up going private and I would do this over again and also recommend others
I feel like I have my life back in a sense as I felt like my ears had t popped from coming off a plane or even my hearing was like my head was under water but I can now hear my peers and surroundings. A massive 5 star review

very helpful member of staff doing the hearing test, she also booked an ear wax removal appointment for my partner at Specsavers. Good to know we have a follow up appointment this week to discuss how my partner is getting on with his hearing aids and to adjust them if necessary.

Very thorough ear test.Very pleasant assistant. Had my second visit which was very helpful. I can visit anytime if I have any problem's so I feel safe if problems should occur.Gill Gorle.

The young lady was very professional,she inspired confidence with her knowledge and her manner. I think Aysha was her name and she made the quite daunting issue of hearing loss much less worrying by explaining the after care and yearly service provided by Boots Hearing Care.
