Mark was brilliant with me and my mum he made both of us welcome he went through everything stage by stage he made the stests go smoothly he didn't stress me out he explained the result he even made me smile he tried a set of hearing aids on with me as a demo he's done a refferel to my gp to rexcomend a pair of hearing aids to make my life easier he never once used my disabilities against me like others have done in the past and that made me feel comfortable with mark I would deffo rexcomend going there again and I reccomend highly others try them out and have a happy experience

For the professionalism of the audiologist and the service provided at my annual hearing check I would give Helen 5 stars. However, for Audika as a company I would give them 0 stars. The merger of Amplifon and Hidden Hearing has left many of the Amplifon customer unable to fully utilise the functions of their hearing aids. Without a functioning app it is impossible to make use of all the features of my hearing aids. Having paid a considerable sum for my hearing aids I am extremely disappointed that I can no longer control my hearing aids. Audika are fully aware of this issue but have no solution to this problem. Nor have they contacted the affected customers to inform them of this problem. The paragraph below is from the Amplifon website and makes it clear the app is an integral part of the hearing aids

1. Post-sales support, always reminding me in good time for hearing reviews.
2. Thorough hearing tests d we’d itch audiograph plots.
3. Never ‘over-sell or pushy’ in trying to upgrade me to the next generation product.
4. Very knowledgeable in the physiology of poor hearing.
5. Staff always polite, pleasant and helpful.

Justin is brilliant. His approach, awareness and knowledge of his job is a breath of fresh of air. He really took time to talk with my mum and take care of her well being, which meant the world because things had been feeling complicated to this point.
