I got different products then I ordered. I received Magnesium taurate while I ordered magnesium citrate+malate. Unfortunately I took it to another country and only then realised the mistake. That's why I didn't approach you about it.

Supplement help strengthen my teeth.

Poor delivery service, and inaccurate response
(Received & replied to BioCare poor response)
Poor delivery service just hope the product is better! There was no delivery choices other than 24h turn around, which I paid for but that actually took 48hr.
A 15ml bottle was sent in a heavy cardboard box, 30 times bigger than the order item, with an unwanted sales catalogue that went straight into the bin. This company would be better using more cost effective packaging, instead of wasting customer's money and time!!

We’d just like to clarify that our postage option is Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver within 24 hours once the order has been dispatched. As your order was placed over the weekend when we were closed, it was posted on the 17th and delivered on the 18th, so it was delivered within 24 hours of being dispatched. Unfortunately, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is currently the only postage option we offer.
We do apologies if the packaging felt excessive for a 15ml bottle. We’re always looking at ways to improve our packaging and make it more cost-effective and environmentally conscious.
The product catalogue included with your order is something we send with all first orders, simply to give customers an opportunity to browse our wider range of products. We’re sorry that it wasn’t of interest to you and appreciate your feedback.

I have been a customer since 1985, although now I am retired and living in South Africa the occasional purchase of Glutenzyme for my wife, hardly counts, in comparison to the large volume of items I used to obtain from you.
I have never found BioCare anything other than helpful, efficient, and prompt in sending out stock.
Even when you have sent out the order to SA, and it managed to disappear once it was in Johannesburg International Airport, you sent out a replacement promptly, and without complaint.
BioCare is a great company and I would not hesitate to recommend your products
