Had a great experience with Ben's gutters from a quick response to my needs, a reasonable price, to Gary texting me ,as I wasn't home to say he'd been, the place was so clean and tidy and he'd removed the blockage that was the cause of getting them in in the first place! Well pleased .

Terrible service don't use ! Customer services was very quick to respond to my enquiry but the service I was offered was very different. I was charged £97 to be told I needed a new clips for my corner guttering, no cleaning or repair work offered. The tradesperson was at my house for 10 minutes. I have complained to customer services and still waiting for a response for a refund of services

Ryan came bang on time and got the job done in quick fashion, he was very professional and friendly and was very considerate that he didnt want to dirty the inside of the house and did the job using a ladder rather than the vaccuum which would have needed to come through the house and he was very understanding that it would be messy so he did what was best to keep the house clean but still did a fantastic job and showed me what was cleared, along with before and after pictures. Great service and definitely will use ben gutters again and hopefully we get ryan again.

The cleaner was very courteous and carried out the job efficiently.

Friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff, great job efficiently carried out by Gary, he even took time to mention some roof damage wich we wouldn't have seen from the ground. We have used this company before and will continue to do so.

Time keeping erratic but once started a friendly efficient and effective service

Gary, who cleaned out my gutters was very efficient and friendly. He even pointed out a cracked roof slate using a photograph that he had taken.

Bartlomiej arrived on time and was pleasant and polite. He cleaned our gutters and next doors gutters thoroughly, explaining afterwards what he had done. The booking and payment system was easy and the girl I spoke to very nice. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
