The reliability and professionalism of the company and it's Worker. There should be a contact telephone ☎️ number for emergencies. That line should be manned at the 30min before and 30min after the workers contracted hours.

I hired an electrician
I hired an electrician - Housekeep found someone at short notice and he did a great job. Overall my experience was very good. My one area of suggested improvement and the reason I did not give 5 stars is the late notification from Housekeep about the electrician's attendance - the process was unclear whether they had found someone - and I only received confirmation on the morning of attendance - could have been an issue.- in my circumstances, I was able to male it work.

End of tenancy clean
Dobby was on time. Communicated well, keeping us informed as to what she’s doing and when she’s arriving to clean. She bought her own equipment, cleaned the kitchen and bathroom and carpets thoroughly and didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond.

Very expensive and a poor quality…
Very expensive and a poor quality clean. The cleaner then added an additional hour to the bill without my permission, despite me selecting the suggested amount of time (which was already longer than our usual cleaner takes for the same job done to a higher standard). Then I had to battle with customer service to have the additional charge removed. I would not recommend this service to others.
