Broken device
I received a gift purchased in Bahne (waffle maker) and it doesn't work. The store refuses a return or exchange because I don't have a receipt. As this was a gift, I'm unable to provide one.
I tried to contact a customer service by email but they never response which is a shame!

Empty boxes with no merchandise…
Bought a gift from the fiskertovet store for the pakkeleg game, when the person who received the gift opened the box, it’s completely empty with no merchandise inside. Pretty embarrassing for me. I didn’t keep the receipt or anything since it was a gift, but very very disappointed that the store had empty boxes lying around and obviously they couldn’t do anything about my situation.

I ordered online and when I returned…
I ordered online and when I returned the goods they charged me 36 Kr for postage! So if you don't like the goods, you have to pay to return them? Never heard of this before. Will think 10 times before ordering from them.

You can always return for free in our physical stores, if you want to avoid the fee.
