However, we would like to clarify that a Luxplus membership is not created without the customer’s acceptance. The membership is presented as part of the purchasing process, where the customer chooses to complete the purchase with a membership and accepts the applicable membership terms. 🛒✨

Therefore, it is not correct that we simply make customers members without their consent. We also strive to make the membership and the recurring monthly fee clear during the purchasing process, so customers can make an informed decision before completing their order. 🙏

Luxplus is a membership club where a membership provides access to exclusive member prices and a range of additional benefits. We make this information available throughout the purchase journey, including on our product pages, in the shopping cart, and in the order confirmation sent by email. Customers also have the option to shop without a membership by choosing the regular prices.

As the membership fees were charged in accordance with the membership terms accepted during sign-up, we are unfortunately not able to refund them.
