I accidentally ordered the wrong size for an item. The return process was simple and I got sent a return label within a couple days. When I had a question about the exchange, I spoke to an actual person who clarified the situation right away. It's really nice when you don't have to jump through all sorts of hoops to get things done.

I ordered a used lens for an older Nikon my daughter wanted to start using. The best Adorama had was listed as being in “average” condition. When it arrived, I judged it to be at least “very good.” I am very happy with the purchase. I feel I got a great value!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Roland FP-10 keyboard bundle from Adorama. The package included the keyboard, stool, sustain pedals, and headphones, all at a fantastic price. Everything arrived in great condition, and I was very happy with the value I received.

The only issue I encountered was that the headphones were defective. I contacted Adorama, and their customer service responded promptly. They advised me to contact the headphone manufacturer directly since it would be the fastest way to resolve the issue.

I'm so glad I followed their recommendation. The manufacturer immediately took care of everything and is sending me a brand new set of headphones without requiring me to return the defective pair. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle free.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and with the customer service I received. Even though there was a minor issue with one item in the bundle, it was handled efficiently, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I would definitely purchase from Adorama again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products at great prices.

Terrible shipping. You should not be transferring my film delivery from UPS with provided tracking information to the USP office. This delayed the delivery and confused the UPS driver.
