Order arrived extremely quickly
Order process was seamless and order arrived extremely quickly, which I was very satisfied with. I was disappointed to see that my refurbished "like new" phone arrived with significant scratches on the screen, and a non-functional charging cable. I'm being picky, but I don't expect a phone described as "like new" to look visibly beat up.

Bad battery in cell phone
My old phone's battery would run down too quickly so I bought a cell phone from Reeblo. Little to my surprise, the battery in this phone is doing the same thing. I have to charge this phone 2 times a day just like my old phone. Not happy with Reeblo giving me a phone with a bad battery.

The first device was faulty, the 2nd one was great
Had an issue with a faulty initial device. Had to wait for them to get it back and for them to look it over before my refund came. I ordered a 2nd one while waiting for my refund and that order had no issues.
