Unresponsive Support
I've bought 3 phones with Reebelo. This is the first time i had a bad experience with them . I bought a S24+. It had a faulty charging port . I contacted rebello . They advised they would send a return label . I never got the Label and even advised them i never got it . Since then they have ignored me . Bought phone August 21st and it's Now September 6th . They are non responsive . I've sent a inquiry via website and email and they are now ignoring me . I've given up on looking for help . Careful seeking support from them

I ordered the wrong colour, but Reebelo were unable to sort it in time, luckily the vendor was able to. Reebelo was however gracious in accepting my feedback

Ordered my Laptop for my Sons birthday 0n the 1st September with a expense like this you wouldn’t expect a order still haven’t arrive I can order a 7 dollar thing off eBay receive it the next day . This is still running around somewhere! Be careful .
