This company take the P1SS. I am fuming!!! Tried to download it the other day to redact an important court document. Didn't work. Useless.
Doesn't stop them spamming my bank account for multiple payments.
Ive been really bloody ill for days. Finally get the energy to go to the shop. Unlock my card for a matter of seconds, and the robbing bastards took the last £25 i had to last me three days. So my card got declined for my shopping.
Absolute thieving scum

Created account. Downloaded photoshop. Did some work.
Account banned after couple hours because of (fraud activity detected from your side *kappa*).
No human you can reach only a chat bot from 2006 who knows only 2 commands (buy another plan and buy another another plan).
10/10 experience. Will definitely use again.

They just take money out of your Account even though you've cancelled with them and can never get hold of anybody speak to.

This place is a rip off, I have tried many times to cancel anything I am supposed to have with them ,but to no avail. A joke and a rip off they seem to be getting away with and keep asking for more information

Terrible. Same experience as another user. I signed up for Acrobat Pro trial. Cancelled within free trial period. Didn't realise when you sign up they also add AI Assistant for Acrobat (as part of the trial package without your knowledge) and then charge you £5 each month for this. Then charge £24 to cancel.

The profile was blocked without any violation, and it wasn't mentioned anywhere. I learned about the blocking from a client seven months later; he wrote me a private message: "I can't see your work." They sent me an automated email about the blocking, which, naturally, ended up in spam.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The worst company in the world an they just keep stealing your funds. Sick of this c9mpany! You then try to cancel their terrible service e then they tell you, sorry you can't because you must pay to have the access to cancel... although they've just stolen my money. I am absolutely sick of this company and wish they go bust! The amount of times I am trying to pay for purchases or bills and these people just STEAL my money. I am officially seeking legal help because this is BS

I took a free trial of acrobat, they are now claiming i am somehow locked into a 1 year subscription with an early cancellation fee. absolute crooks

For a company that charges an exorbitant premium subscription fee, their software stability is a absolute joke. A routine update completely destroyed the core Lightroom-to-Photoshop handshake workflow, rendering the standard 'Edit in Photoshop' feature entirely useless. When you try to bypass their broken code pathways, you are met with flat, washed-out colour profiles that fail to render correctly even when manually assigning the proper colour spaces.

Adobe clearly does not test their systems properly before forcing updates onto paying users. They are using their consumer base as live guinea pigs for broken code.Instead of saving professionals time, Adobe’s lack of quality control turns simple, two-minute edits into hours of grueling tech support. It is completely incompetent, frustrating, and unacceptable for software that is supposed to be the industry standard. I am actively looking for alternatives to cancel my subscription.

It is not surprising that so many people are switching from Adobe's video editing software, Premiere Pro to DaVinci Resolve.

The cost of my plan was raised by more than double this month and they attempted to charge me £100 to leave.

pdf is very helpful for me in my studying journey , by using pdf the books which over 300 or 500 pages where very easy to read , choose the specific pages and write my notes . pdf provides vey helpful services like :- 1- merge pdfs and combine together 2- ability to transfer pdf files to word , PowerPoint or excel 3- page numbers 4- ability to editing 5- ability to scan or crop specific paragraphs 6- ability to share work files with different ways like WhatsApp , email and others .
in conclusion pdf is the most best program which I can use it in my work and study and share it with my friends to use it .

Do not enter your payment details into adobe. I signed up for the ‘free’ adobe pro. After 5 days I cancelled the subscription. However they still charged me £63.

Biggest piece of Garbage company out there. I edited my pdf tried to download it and it said I needed a subscribtion for that, so I go and do that. Only problem: my edited document isn't saved anywhere so I have to do it all again

Adobe has become a subscription scamming company and I'm sure once you sign up with them, they monitor your bank account / transactions and attempt to take money seconds after receiving payment.

Overpriced and difficult to cancel. Uncompetitive features (for video editing)

Editing doesn't work correctly, I click on some words I want to delete and it looks fine and I hit the backspace to get rid of them and it switches to edit mode and messes everything up. Like all the letters get stacked on top of eachother somehow, like it is terrible. The Ai bot didn't help and no one helped me when I called service. Absolutely terrible

Absolutely the worst company to deal with
