I've been a loyal customer for several years.... For the last 2 weeks some technical problem or other has prevented me from logging in. I I have attempted to contact support a number of times over the last 10 days and I've had no response.

Very disappointing.

A great way to find entertainment at events

Used this site to find a photographer for our wedding had lots of interest we choosed LJ Photographer who was absolutely brilliant. Excellent site to find for your needs.

I discovered Add to Event via a google search and then used the site to find a photo booth and coordinator for our wedding party. I found the website very easy to navigate and they have a huge variety of suppliers, caterers, entertainers etc to choose from. After leaving a short description of our event I had lots of replies from possible candidates within minutes. I would definitely use them again for any other party or event planning.

Peter was great, clear and quick on communication, re-confirmed details, arrived on time, set up was quick with plenty of props. It was a Yr6 leavers party with 60 children, he managed them with patience and care. They all absolutely loved the Photo Mirror and got very involved! Some wonderful memories made. Would highly recommend!

Used this website to find a food truck to cater our wedding party, really useful site as you enter how many guests and date etc and then available vendors get in touch with availability and costs, great way to get different options in one place. Painless. Once found the one you liaise directly. Great experience all round

I trusted Add to Event to provide a genuine supplier for my daughter’s 13th birthday party. Instead, I was scammed after using the contact details provided through their platform.

Although Add to Event confirmed the person I paid was not the genuine supplier, they offered no practical support to help save the event. By the time the issue was discovered, replacement suppliers were charging nearly £1,000 due to the short notice. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I simply asked them to help arrange an equivalent replacement supplier. They refused and then stopped responding once the event had passed.

A platform like this should verify supplier contact details and support customers when things go wrong. My bank treated this as APP fraud and Action Fraud also opened an investigation.

I cannot recommend Add to Event based on my experience.

This was a very easy site to use , it was fast and efficient they have wide variety ,so it is very easy to find everything all at the same time would use again

Toms super whip, is seriously expensive and absolutely diabolical, £8 for 4 scoops of small ice cream and abut if sauce, 4 pound a peice for ice lolly's, and £3 a per bottle of pop, then when it got busy stuck a new sign up with more bigger prices unreal never again using this van

Add to Event were clear and easy to use. They matched me with the service I required, checked in with me to ensure I was satisfied and contacted me again after the event. A great service.

This was the first time that I had used this service and it was so easy and simple. I used this service for a face painter and then it was simple to communicate and get notifications from the supplier as the notifications appeared in my inbox. I would definitely recommend using this service as your first port of call.

We hired DJ Nostalgia, and he was the best DJ I have ever hired!! He played the perfect blend of music for a 70th Birthday bash, and kept the dance floor full all night!! Great price too!!

We were let down last minute by a supplier for an event which we were holding on the other side of the country. We knew no one in the area to call upon, and social media shout outs yielded no leads at all. Within an hour of posting on Add to Events we had found a replacement in the area required, and they ended up being really fab! Absolute life saver!!

They guys were great to work with, they were prompt and very professional and the food was great.

Very happy to use them for another event here at Cosy and happy to recommend to friends :)
