I chose this gift for my Mum’s 80th birthday, I had lots of questions which were answered immediately and thoughtfully. I had also left a little late to order but they made sure it arrived on time for me. Amazing customer service. My Mum was delighted with it and I love it too, a beautiful and high quality product. I was looking for a gift for our 4 year wedding anniversary and came across these 3D Heart Maps. They court my eye straight away but had a few questions before ordering so sent a message. Alex was amazing with quick replies and clear information. I ordered on Tuesday night and it arrived today. I have to say it looks even better in person and to say I'm very happy is an understatement. If anyone is thinking of purchasing this items I would 100% recommend you do. I have an existing family piece but wanted to add additional personalised hearts. My question was answered quickly, the products made beautifully and I’m so pleased

I ordered a family tree for my mum with the grandchildren names on for Christmas but didn't realise I had missed one of the kids out. I got straight in touch with The gift of happiness to see if they could help. I got a reply very quickly from Alex and he had given me options which were great. I followed the link and once they opened after Christmas I got another message saying the named heart was on its way.
I cannot thank them enough with their speedy reply and made me feel a lot better. Being in contact constantly set me at ease to get it sorted. My mum is so happy with her family tree, she just needs to know where to have it on her wall. I would recommend to anyone to order because getting the reply put a massive smile on my face, especially my mums. Xx
