Impossible to return stuff
They are very difficult when returning anything, they argue with you and don't care about the rules. The return policy is not visible anywhere on the site, and I don't understand how the consumer protection agency have not looked into this yet. Terrible customer service. AS a return form they send "Fortrydelsesformular" as a JPEG. Have you not heard of PDF? Why make it so difficult for the consumer?

Returning an item should not be a difficult process, and we always aim to make it as smooth as possible. There are, however, a few product types that cannot be returned, such as hygiene items once the seal has been broken. This is required by consumer protection rules.
A robot vacuum cleaner can normally be returned within 14 days. If it has been used, there may be a devaluation applied, which is also part of the standard right‑of‑withdrawal regulations.

You won't find a better webshop around. The delivery times are insanely fast, sometimes even day to day! Also, if you need to return a product it is super easy. I end up buying more and more things from av-cables as the prices are fair and the service unrivaled. I don't just buy cables anymore, but also as this time, stuff like headphones!
