Recently attempted to book a test drive of a Q6 Etron as my current car is due for return (salary sacrifice). I selected a dealer close to my location and was in al fairness contacted fairly quickly.... See more

I'll make it brief...
I'll make it brief. Like a dog with a stick when you approach them about a car, but when you don't fit into their sales narrative, they can't be bothered. This isn't just one branch in particular, it's everywhere. Add to confusion of franchising and there are another set of rules. Either you want to sell a car and make the customers happy, or you think about selling something less challenging instead. PLEASE STOP with the old school selling techniques and start understanding people have budgets, criteria etc. Also PLEASE get staff to know about Audi's before selling and not have to quiz them on important things like, gearbox service, haldex, etc. In the 10 years of owning German cars, I've yet to find a dealer that actually truly cares about their customers pre and post sales. I go to independent garages for services etc, because the levels of care, etc is better. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON HERE AUDI and do better...
*UPDATE*
Put a deposit down in Macclesfield Audi and explained that I was transferring the total price for the Audi TT from a high interest, savings account and potentially it may take an extra day/ weekend to go into the current account. "Oh yes it's ok we'll look after you, it's yours, we know you want it, customers are our priority, we'll deliver it free, etc" What absolute rubbish. I received a voicemail on the Sunday to say it had been sold on the Saturday. Does that honestly sound right?? Because I'd say that's pretty deceitful. You'd think that practices would change over the years and businesses would have higher standards, but clearly not. PROFIT OVER PEOPLE. Plain and simple. I have the emails and WhatsApps to prove it...
I also had to chase them for my deposit too. Terrible...
Would never get an Audi again!
Would never get an Audi again!. We have always had Audis and had a good service. 50k car and nothing but problems.
Epsom Audi customer was a joke. Took it in when under warranty to get it sorted to be told not a problem with it everytime!….
Take it to someone else who finds the problem and we have to pay to fix it because so called Audi specialists don’t know what they are doing. Worse car company and will never use again!
I purchased my car from Audi Norwich
I purchased my car from Audi Norwich, and it developed a fault within just three months. Following that, it took an unacceptable five months to have the issue resolved, during which I incurred my own costs. To make matters worse, I was offered no compensation or goodwill gesture from the company or the showroom to rectify the situation. I am extremely disappointed with this lack of care and accountability.
Excellent customer service and support…
Excellent customer service and support provided by Thomas Price. Facilitated the signing of necessary documents by email to speed up the process. Much appreciated.
I am writing to formally express my…
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the handling of my vehicle issue and the overall customer experience I have received from your service department.
My Audi has been experiencing serious drivetrain and braking-related warning issues which may affect vehicle safety. Despite leaving the vehicle with your service team, the situation still remains unclear and unresolved.
The biggest issue, however, has been the communication and professionalism throughout the process.
I have now been told multiple times that:
“You will definitely be called tomorrow”
“The master technician will inspect the vehicle”
“We will provide an update”
Yet, despite these promises, nobody contacts me. This has now happened repeatedly. In most cases, I am forced to chase the service department myself, and even then it is extremely difficult to get through by phone.
When I finally manage to speak to someone, the only response I receive is another apology without any real progress or clear explanation.
I was informed that the team suspects the main battery may be the cause of the issue. When I explained that the high-voltage battery should have an 8-year warranty, I was told that it “might not be covered under warranty.” I do not understand what this statement was based on, as no proper diagnosis or technical explanation has been shared with me.
Additionally, when I requested the diagnostic reports, I was told words to the effect of:“If we give you the reports, you may get the vehicle repaired elsewhere.”
I find this extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable from an Audi-approved dealership.
Furthermore, the atmosphere inside the service department has felt disorganised and unprofessional during my visits, which has only reduced my confidence in the process even more.
At this point, I genuinely feel disappointed with the level of service provided and, unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in both the dealership and the Audi brand itself.
I would now like:
A clear written update regarding the current diagnosis
Confirmation of whether the high-voltage battery issue is covered under warranty
A copy of all diagnostic reports relating to my vehicle
Proper communication moving forward without repeated unfulfilled promises
I hope this matter can finally be handled professionally and resolved properly.
Stockport Audi Manchester
Brilliant experience with stockport Audi and Sales associate Jacob Marsden who was really helpful and proactive and super responsive to all my queries even after sale was completed.
He was friendly and approachable and made the whole process super easy, having attended with my four year old son, Jacob was great with him and made him feel part of the process and my son was thrilled with the complimentary Audi Remote control car. Jacob was very kind in ensuring my older son also didnt miss out. Any queries about the car were quickly addressed and it was really reassuring to have someone so supportive and who knew what he was doing throughout what can be a stressful process.
If i had to buy another car, i would recommend Jacob as someone to help with the process and will be recommending him to my family and friends.
Very poor service
I have an Audi q5 bought with a warranty from Marshalls in Canterbury . It is still under warranty . Last Friday 15th May I rang them to report a warning light indicator - orange engine light . I was placed through to a call
Centre I couldn’t speak to “my” garage and was told the nearest available slot was the 1 July . The operator couldn’t tell whether it was was ok to drive around with the warning light on or not but did say if a red light came on or it flashes I should pull in to the side of the road and call break down cover .
Given the car is under warranty and bought second hand from a reputable dealership under the Audi brand just over a year ago a six and a half week delay to even have a diagnostic check run on the car is extraordinary . Very disappointing and a poor reflection on what should be regarded as a reliable brand .
DO NOT use Chingford AUDI
I have been an Audi customer for 22 years and have purchased five brand-new Audi TTs over that time, three of them from Chingford Audi, including my most recent car costing over £80,000. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has deteriorated significantly.
Despite my long loyalty, Chingford Audi have now effectively told me to take my business elsewhere because I raised repeated concerns and left honest low review scores after ongoing service failures.
The latest issue relates to repeated speaker failures. I am now on the third speaker replacement in three years, yet when I asked for a full investigation into what is clearly an underlying fault with the sound system, I was told I was using the system “to capacity” and further checks were refused. An unbelievable response for a premium brand.
My most recent experience was unacceptable. I waited at the dealership for over four hours after being told the replacement part had arrived and the repair had been approved under warranty. The part had been ordered in January, arrived in February, and I even received confirmation emails beforehand. On the day, Ryan photographed the fault himself, yet after 4.5 hours I was suddenly told the warranty had still not been approved. I left without the repair completed and was also left without my car for the entire following day.
The warranty terms clearly state:
Take the car to the dealership — done
Contact warranty provider — done
Order the part — done
Only afterwards was I told that warranty approval was still pending, which simply was not made clear at the time.
To make matters worse, since the last replacement on 02/04/26, two more speakers have failed. Instead of addressing the obvious ongoing issue, their response has simply been: “Go to another dealership.”
I am currently considering purchasing a new Audi RS7, but it certainly will not be through Chingford Audi. In fact, after this experience, I may switch brands altogether and move to Mercedes.
I have repeatedly asked for the rationale behind their decision and treatment of a loyal long-term customer, but no response has been provided.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Leadership -Dominic Esposito, General Manager, Went Above and Beyond
I recently purchased a 2025 Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron from Stratstone Audi Milton Keynes, and while there were some initial issues during the sales process that caused real concern, the experience was completely turned around thanks to Dominic Esposito.(GM Sales Milton Keynes Audi)
When things weren’t going smoothly, Dominic personally stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and made it his mission to put things right. His response was immediate, his communication was clear and consistent, and his commitment to resolving the issues was genuine. He didn’t pass it off or hide behind processes he engaged personally and got things moving.
What impressed me most was the calm, professional, and human way Dominic handled everything. He listened, acknowledged the concerns, and acted decisively. That kind of accountability and customer focus is increasingly rare, and it made all the difference.
In an age where customer service often feels transactional, Dominic’s approach was refreshingly genuine. He didn’t just close a sale he restored trust, removed stress, and made me feel like a valued customer.
A huge thank you to Dominic for stepping up and turning a difficult situation into a positive one. If you’re considering an Audi from Stratstone Milton Keynes, ask for Dominic you’ll be in safe hands.
Highly recommended.
Purchase of Audi Q3 Edition 1 from Audi Edinburgh
I recently purchased a new Q3 Sportback Quattro from Audi Edinburgh. The whole process was slick from initial visit to the showroom, comparison specifications sent, test drive, order process and collection. The staff were excellent and the car arrived ahead of schedule. I special mention to Lee Graham who handled the sale and all the staff at Audi Edinburgh. The car is a dream to drive. Thank you.
no customer service from Audi
I purchased a new Audi A3 last year. The heater does not distribute hot air to the footwell. The dealership say a software update might cure the problem but none has arrived. The car seems to be irreparable. Audi customer services wont provide any technical information on the problem, just offered a meal voucher prior to closing the case. Absolutely shocking experience.
my friend says she loves audi
my friend says she loves audi so muchhhh she dreams about it

The worst dealer ever by experience.Audi uk l have a7 tfsi e 2021 29000 miles with manufacturing defect .they don’t want to take there responsibility even with TSB ( b200049) and 44000 cars been recalled in North America they treat people deferentially even they are same cars built in same year in Germany. AUDI GONE AWOL
My A5 has developed a fault in the MMI. I have no sat nav, no user settings, radio jammed on Radio 2 . Been complaining and in dialogue with Audi Connect to get this sorted . To say they are incompetent is an understatement. My car shows me as the Key user Audi say I am not the key user . I cannot change anything on the Audi App as my car has no internet connection … totally baffled by lack of ability by Audi’s experts. Been ongoing for over a month with no communication from Audi unless I phone them . Totally shocking customer service support . AND I NOW FIND I OWN AN R8 e tron according to these Audi clowns , they must have swapped cars overnight, clowns
Disgusting customer service
I purchased a used Audi A3 14 months ago with 24 months extended warranty. My electric window has just stopped working and was taken to Audi for repair. Following two days of assessment, I was told my window is not covered for repair! I contacted the head office, and they upheld the decision. I am therefore taking this further to the ombudsman. Disgusting customer service. I will never buy an Audi again.
Audi - Functions on Demand.
I have just got an Audi A6 Avant Black Edition E-tron on finance. This is costing me £700+ a month for a £70,000+ car, to find that Audi then have the audacity to charge the customer for ambient lighting within the cabin and an EQ for the sound system. I find this ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
What an absolute scam of a company this has turned out to be. I've regrettably replaced my Polestar 2 with this car and it has been an extremely underwhelming experience to say the least, and now I'm stuck with it for 3 years. Sucked every bit of excitement out of receiving a new car...
I understand that every car has optional extras, but this is just extortionate especially as the Black Edition is one of the highest trim lines you can get for this model.
I'm so sorry I went with this brand and bitterly disapppinted.
Vindis Northampton Audi Servicing Health check
Very disappointing experience with an authorised Audi dealership. Vindis Northampton Audi
I brought my Audi A5 in for a health check and specifically asked for the oil to be topped up because the MMI showed minimum oil level. After returning home, the oil level appeared unchanged while the coolant had been filled above the MAX line.
I was then asked to return before 8:30am on a Saturday morning to have this corrected. Staff apologised, but nobody clearly explained how the issue happened in the first place.
Despite arriving early as requested, I have now been waiting for hours for the car to even be properly checked again. A simple oil top-up and coolant correction has turned into losing most of my Saturday morning due to errors that should not have happened at an authorised Audi dealership.
On top, the sales agent told me that the reason oil top up was missed is because they sent an email to the garage asking for it and the mechanic did not read it.
However on the initial day when I asked about the top up oil I was told that the mechanic have already top it up.
Basically I was lied and not giving a clear answer.
Avoid Norwich Audi – not worth the money
Avoid Norwich Audi – not worth the money.
Purchased an Audi Q5 from Norwich Audi, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The car had two chips on the windscreen and the rear AC wasn’t working. I tried contacting them several times but received no reply. Only after complaining to Audi customer care did they intervene, and their solution was a shocking £100 towards the windscreen replacement. No accountability for the AC issue or the overall poor service. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere
Terrible
Terrible. Dishonest. Untrustworthy. Time wasters. Incompetent.
The worst executive team of any car manufacturer in the UK according to trustpilot and my own personal experience.
It appears the sole mission of the Audi UK executive office team is to force people in the UK to never ever by an Audi.
First time and last time I ever own an Audi.
If you’re having issues with Audi UK escalate to Gernot Doellner & his boss Oliver Blume.
Let down by Audi Macclesfield
My 2022 Audi A6 just had a full Inspection Service at Group 1 Audi Macclesfield at 35,500miles
At 37.000 miles the car is due a gearbox oil change a diesel filter change. Audi Macclesfield did not advise me of this work, Luckily I had a reminder from Marshall Audi in Newbury who I bought the car from. (Newbury Audi have been excellent but too far to go for servicing).
The service team at Macclesfield don't seem to bother looking at the Audi Interval recommendations and would not apologise for missing these important service items. Work done on a repair was sloppy and had to be done again. Admin errors stated incorrect mileage on the service invoice, Again no apology. Appalling service and customer service for a premium brand Audi car. Not the level of service I used to enjoy before Group 1 took over the dealership.
