This is my third purchase from OneStop and I have no complaints. There are good savings buying from OneStop versus local retailers. Just note that you need to pay some import duty to customs after the product is delivered. The products are generally shipped from Hongkong.

I ordered with onestop digital mainly because of the excellent reviews, and clearly the exceptional price. Since the option of paying with paypal was given - I thought that the risk is manageble. Obviously the order took a little while to reach me, an inquiry with customer services about the inactive tracking number was answered immediately, the package arrived shortly after (approx. 15 bussiness days). Product (camera) ist 100% fine. I would order with onestop again any time.

Absolutely terribly experience. Don’t buy from these guys.
I was trying to order a lens adapter for a job. The first option I selected they said they would send the next day, a week later I hadn’t received any shipping information so I emailed them and they said that the item was no longer in stock, So they offered me to select another option which I did, again this was listed as in stock which they said they’d send the next day. Again I didn’t receive any Shipping info so yesterday I emailed them to find out that they were waiting for their supplier to ship the item to them first! This now means that I won’t have an adapter for the Shoot I have to do for a client because the one I ordered from them won’t arrive in time and it’s too late to order one from anyone else. absolutely terrible experience and service. I mentioned this issue with my client to them and thru didn’t even acknowledge it. I’m disgusted.

We are terribly sorry for the poor experience and the stress this caused.
Even though we stock most of the products we sell, we sometimes have to rely on supplier stock updates for a small number of products, which were unfortunately incorrect in this case.
When you agreed to the replacement, we ordered it right away. It was actually already on its way to us from the supplier when you emailed us three days ago to say it wouldn't arrive in time. As soon as we saw your email, we stopped the process and issued a full refund immediately so you wouldn't be left out of pocket.

Great prices and great communication
I bought a new Sony camera body for a great price.
Like others have mentioned, I was asked to verify my identity for the sale to go through.
I added express delivery and it was swiftly handled. Ordered on Tuesday, verified ID on Wednesday and shipped same day, and ready for delivery on Friday in Denmark same week.
Received the import VAT bill from Fedex a few days after, and Onestop-Digital just refunded this in a couple of days after sending the info.
All in all great experience!
