Good price. I ordered a Z6 III and had it delivered to South Ireland. Delivery took a little over 2 weeks.

The camera arrived brand new with all the accessories, and it already had the latest firmware installed.

My only complaint is that they don't let you choose the courier. They use UPS for deliveries to Ireland, and UPS has a reputation for losing parcels, delivering to the wrong address, and other issues. Luckily, I had no problems with my delivery.

I ordered the new Canon R6V with the new RF 20-50mm Friday 3 July, who is unavailable in europe at the moment. After 19 calendar days it has been delivered and the customer service was super. Don’t worry if the order stay processing for several days, it’s normal. Very happy and will order again !

I live in The Netherlands, and this website has excellent price. Initially I have a doubt but after reading the review I decided to pull the trigger. Turned out the delivery time aligns with their announcement on their website as I received it in 12 calendar days. I received the camera, 2 lenses, battery and uv filters in unsealed boxes but everything are pristine and the internal packages (lens, camera straps, battery, camera, etc) are all still sealed or unopen. This website reminds me of CCC Warehouse in Australia. I definitely will order again from this website in the future

Good service, quick e mail answer.

I bought a Viltrox 135mm f1.8 for Nikon. Ordering was easy, good price, excellent tracking of the order one week prior delivery, extremely well packed and confirmation via mail as clear. It's my sixth order with them in 2 years time.

I ordered a Canon Lense 3 weeks before my holiday. I was a little bit unsure if the package would arrive in time since the shipment tracking does not provide too much detail. However, I received the package even earlier. Happy with the product. Also customer support reacted fast, professionally and friendly. Strong recommendation!

Cancalled one order a couple days before it arrived. Went fine.

The other came in time.

The only negative would be the lack of communication from them about the shipping status. You just randomly get a mail from a courier that something is coming. But considering the price and the helpful service that is fine.
