Subpar service, canceled installations, and terrible customer support
I had an awful experience with Ohme from start to finish. Despite charging premium prices compared to competitors, the level of service provided was entirely unacceptable.
After taking payment upfront, Ohme expected me to do their surveyor's job by requesting photos, videos, and even a floor plan. Once an installation date was confirmed, I booked a day off work—only for them to cancel it shortly beforehand. To make matters worse, they stated a separate survey would now be required on another day before installation could take place, showing zero respect for customers' time. Ironically, while they penalize customers with charges for cancellations, they feel entitled to cancel on customers without consequence.
When I demanded a refund due to their failure to honor the agreed installation date, I was informed it would take 2 working days to process and up to an additional 10 business days to clear back into my account.
To top it all off, there is no direct telephone customer service. You are forced to navigate an AI chatbot before reaching a representative via messaging.
Given the premium price point, I expected a smooth, professional process. Instead, it was an absolute disaster. Save yourself the stress and avoid Ohme.

Exemplary service and help provided by Georgia…!
What a delightful assistant Georgia proved to be this morning. She was extremely helpful, patient, totally competent and friendly - and, sorted out my problem as well! If only other companies would emulate her! It took over 30 minutes, but my problems with applying my Eon tariff to the Ohme app were completely resolved. This was exemplary service and Georgia is to be congratulated. Thank you!

Great Assistance
Having filled out all the pre-installation information including diagrams, photos and video , there was an issue over location of the charger which resulted in a request for Title Deeds & Plan
A phone call to Mark sorted the issue quickly and with his help the installation was able to proceed, same day and Im now looking forward to completion of the work.
