Brought a zappi and performed very well…
Brought a zappi and performed very well for 2 years. Then went to crap, thought is was getting energy from solar I never owned and woud only charge at 1.4 KW. I like the app but had a nightmare trying to contact my energy.
I have just spent again buying another zappi, and I hope it works this time! You need to sort out customer services. Last chance for you to give me confidence in your product.

Support problems?
Since the installation one week ago only 3,6 KW in fast mode. The installation company has checked everything and contacted you as they do not see any wiring error. Hopefully your support helps quickly, I personally did not get any reaction from the support on my 2 requests from some days ago.
I regret that there is no User Manual booklet (only PDF). And the description of the App could be more detailed. After having resolved the problems mentioned above I still believe that the Zappi is a very good wallbox.

Warranty Replacement Eddi
It took about 2 months to have a warranty replacement Eddi completed. It is almost impossible to get a phone call through and about a week or more to have a reply to an email ticket. Meanwhile the good weather has passed and gone. Something needs done with customer service.

Zappi 2 EV charger
The British-made equipment is good quality and behaves exactly as specified. The controls are simple and largely intuitive, but it would have better to include more detail as a user manual. The various options and modes could then have been explained and detailed. Also, the associated app can only be run on a mobile telephone whereas I would prefer to use a PC with a larger screen.

The company is great
The company is great, but if you intend using Octopus for supply, especially Intelligent Octopus Go for an EV, then the app is a waste of space. Let Octopus's very simple app do the work. Myenergi app is confusing and complicated for no good reason. The charger works fine.
