Overall easy and quick online booking. No hidden fee´s and helpful Customer Service that calls you back if they are busy.

I booked a nice property in the vicinity of a lake, 8km from the city, according to the map on the ad (no address given). After confirmation of the booking, the address of the property turned out to be completely different: 30km from the city, close to a road, no lake.
I called three times, spent 90 min on hold, got hung up upon before I finally reach customer service, who refused to reimburse the reservation arguing that the property was close enough to what was advertised.
At the end, I strongly recommend against booking with Novasol who lies on the products they sell and provide terrible customer service

Search is not that good but otherwise it is fine..

Do not book with this company. We booked a week stay at one of their properties, left after a few days and no running water. Trying to request a refund, they do not answer emails or tell you they will contact you soon when you call...they never do. Worst experience with a travel company ever.

Very nice cottage in middle of rapeseed fields. All amenities worked fine and we had a memorable stay.
Everything was good, except it was cold in the morning indoors. Adults wouldn't bother but we were travelling with small kids and had to put them extra layers of cloths.

The owners were not polite. We met them when we checked-in (good welcome) and when we checked-out (not a pleasant one).

The house was not clean, especially the kitchen.

The beds were good and comfortable.

Very user friendly GUI.
It was easy to find house for rent.
The only wish I have is to be able to set up more input filters (parameters) for example to find two or more houses/accommodations for larger groups.
Or to specify price limits

I only booked second property, but so far my very satisfied with my experience. Definitely more advanced and easy to use compared to other options.

We are not happy with the communication. We asked for an invoice several times and did not get it.
Also we received an additional claim on which we replied. Not have received an answer to this either.

Poor customer service.

Have tried several phone calls to get in contact with Novasol, to cancel a booking due to covid-19. I am stuck inbetween air-bnb and novasol, whereas airbnb is always very helpfull and Novasol is simply nor. I am very dissapointed with Novasols approch, and annoyed with the fact that they are trying to make some extra cash ona tougher booking policy compared to their ususal on at airbnb compared to novasol. I have alos been sent inbetween Sweden and Denmark in the Novasol system and in the end no one could help, and had to email and still now answer.

Great house! 4 levels , lots of stairs. Nothing for small kids!

We (grandma and grandpa) rented this house together with our three children and their families. It was a fantastic house and most of all a fantastic place on earth. Situated right at the waterline. Crystal clear water. A bridge of our own where we could bathe, watch the fish or even try to catch one of them. The hostess Marija was ever so nice and extremely helpful. We’ve rented some houses and visited a lot of places throughout the years but this has really set the standard. To sit under the Pine trees and enjoy afternoon light flicker on the water makes you realise that there’s really not much more you need in life…
