I rang Winn Solicitors after my car was damaged while parked in a car park and spoke to Lucy Wilson. She was absolutely lovely and so helpful from the start.
She took her time to listen to what had happened and talked me through everything, explaining things clearly and making sure I understood. I never felt rushed and she was really patient with all my questions.
