I had wonderful experience with the team member Alexander macintosh she was so helpful the steps and her behaviour stand out for me her performance was outstanding and exceptional

When I got forwarded onto Winn Group it was Natalie C who answered the phone and she was very friendly, but also thorough making sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions, the service she provided was excellent for me and I have no complaints with Winn Group in regards to this call, thank you.

Very helpful experience today after someone bumped my car. I spoke to Joshua Cohen who couldn’t have been more helpful. He talked me through everything and arranged for the damage to be repaired and organised a courtesy car. Very impressive service.

The wonderful lady named Cindy that dealt with me this evening was extremely helpful, professional and compassionate. Cindy made sure that i was comfortable with the conversation and that i understood everything that has been said and that will happen. Cindy also ensured i knew everything that i needed to do and follow up with after our call.

I could not recommend this person enough, this was my first time using this service and making a claim and i feel as if a weight has been lifted, very impressed and happy.

Alex went above and beyond to help me through this stressful time of my 1st time having to deal with an accident .
She helped explain things to me and made me feel at ease knowing the best way to deal with things and helping me to try understand it all as it can be very overwhelming.
