The items I received were well made and as shown. Lovely fabrics. One item is cotton and great. I rarely wear fabrics that are synthetic but the items that are synthetic are lovely. Messaging for delivery was clear and timeframe as expected.

⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely disappointing experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM RIHOAS.
I honestly cannot recommend this store.
The quality of the dresses I received was extremely disappointing. The material feels very cheap, both to the touch and in appearance, and the sizing was nowhere near the measurements stated on the website.
Although the dresses looked broadly similar to the photographs, the actual construction and fit were completely different. The dresses were shaped very strangely, with straps positioned in awkward places, and the overall cuts simply did not sit or look anything like they appeared to on the website.
Unfortunately, the quality of the products was only part of the problem.
Their returns policy and customer service were a whole other story. Customer service was slow, unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. I was also refused a return for dresses that I considered genuinely faulty because they had been classed as “final sale” — something that, in my experience, was not clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
I tried repeatedly to resolve the situation reasonably and even requested that my complaint be escalated, but this did not lead to any meaningful resolution.
For me, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.
Save your money. There are plenty of other online stores where you can get much better quality and, more importantly, much better customer service.
I will not be purchasing from RIHOAS again and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering

easy to find out the item i wanted and easy to pay

I found three absolutely adorable dresses on Rihoas, and I ordered after reading some good reviews on the dresses. After waiting a while and not receiving my order, I started Googling to see how legit Rihoas actually was. I found a scary Reddit post from a few years ago saying Rihoas was basically another Shien, the clothing sucked, and returning items was basically impossible. I was upset because I had been excited for these dresses. Shipping took forever, but I finally got my order, and I was VERY pleasantly surprised to find that not only did they look just as cute in person, but they fit PERFECTLY. I think this company has upped its game within the last few years. The material is garbage polyester of course, but I needed something quick and relatively cheaper so I sacrificed quality. They are definitely too expensive considering it's just polyester clothing, and shipping took forever, but I honestly love these dresses and am glad I got them.

The clothes are very beautiful, but unfortunately, neither of the two dresses I ordered matched the stated size, so I cannot wear either of them. My request for an exchange was refused, so it was simply a waste of money. Very disappointing.

Great fabric and fit! I ordered the purple floral ruched slip midi dress in XS, and it arrived right when I needed it. The ordering and locker delivery process was quick and smooth, and the model photos are accurate. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you!

I ordered the wrong size by accident and the issue was fixed same day, arrived extremely fast. Great quality for the price, i don’t love the adjustable straps(although convenient) it just gives cheap but with the sweater it comes with, it really ups the look. Definitely will use either for the holidays or a wedding. 10/10 purchase

Website is easy to use and there are lots of pictures and easily-accessible reviews.

The clothes are very cute and the selection is beautiful, but I do feel that some of the prices are a little too high for the quality. Another frustrating issue is the discount codes — the website shows that a coupon is valid, but when you try to apply it at checkout, it says the code is invalid or cannot be used. It would be great if the promotions and coupon information were more accurate and transparent. Overall, I like the styles, but the pricing and discount system could definitely be improved.

Good customer service and communication. Reliable delivery. The dresses and tops are usually very nice and of good quality. I’m 5’2 and I’ve had to alter 2 dresses and one top because they didn’t fit my shorter frame, size Small, 110lbs.

I have been buying from Rihoas for awhile now and happy with my purchases each time. The clothes are beautiful and good quality for a decent price. I always end up getting discounts which helps fund my purchases. When I started shopping I was unsure about the sizing. Most stuff fits smaller. But the size charts are reliable to help. Fast delivery as well.
