Refundee were professional from day one, the knowledge and expertise is unmatched regarding scams and dealing with banks, my bank refused my claim several times then Refundee got involved and I was successful in my claim, I couldn’t have done it without Refundee!! Refundee's Success in 79th Group's Scam
Early in 2024, my wife and I had invested most of our savings into the 79th Group with a view of enhancing our miserable retirees' pension!
When approximately a year later, in February 2025, we learnt that the City Of London Police had started a thorough investigation (which is still ongoing!) into the whole 79th Group scam and then, worse still, the 79th Group had decided to stop trading completely, we were at our wits' end and would have faced total financial ruin had it not been for Refundee.com's intervention!
We were recommended to use them by an entity based in Albuquerque, USA who told us that Refundee had an impressive success record and, most importantly, they were a Claims Management Company regulated by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.
We immediately contacted them and agreed that they take on our case on a "No Win, No Fee" basis. They immediately went to work, submitting our claim to our UK bank, discussing & negotiating with them and then, when the bank rejected our claim for reimbursement, Refundee escalated our case with the Financial Ombudsman (FOS) who, in all fairness, has been of no help at all - both to us as well as to several other 79th Group victims!
Despite all the setbacks caused by the FOS, Refundee did what they do best and as a result of their hard work, integrity & professionalism, about a week ago, they managed to successfully convince our UK bank to fully reimburse us for all the money we had lost in the 79th Group scam!
As such, and in view of Refundee's success in our claim, my wife and I cannot recommend Refundee highly enough and would encourage other scam victims to enlist with Refundee.com and let them manage their claims.

Failure to respond to 4 emails, and to follow up on questions of concern to me ! They then justified this by blaming me - the customer.

Absolutely brilliant company, didn't get all my money back but they explained why and what I would. Don't believe they should be able to take as much as they should from the win for the amount of effort they put in considering this is people being scammed, 20% is alot, 5 % of the total amount seems reasonable for all
