Great experience with Oak North.
The app is so stress free and easy.
Modern approach to everyday banking.
Always a pleasure.
All dealings with Oaknorth are handled with ease and efficiency.
Easy to contact for help. Get answered quick. Polite and friendly service.
I didn’t have any problems re-investing, I have had problems in the past, with Oak North, my password seemed to be rejected a lot, this time it wasn’t, and the interest is good, I am happy with that ,
Really easy to go on to the website . All information there to check and find out about new products, interest rates and different accounts. Easyily can move and deposit without any issue. Very happy with their services.
All good 👍 keep the rates competitive no issues.
Would recommend using them.
Clear easy to navigate website, good communication via email with updates regarding all aspects of accounts.
There were no issues setting up the account. All went fine.
Really easy website to navigate. I transferred an ISA into Oaknorth and the whole process was really quick and I was kept informed of the progress throughout. Would highly recommend
I have been using OakNorth bank for many years now. Their saving accounts are generally very good and sometimes one of the best in the market.
Very easy to set up accounts and keep track of savings and interest. They are very clear about what you will get.
I recently had an issue with one of my accounts without even knowing. OakNorth contacted me proactively and even offered a goodwill for their mistake without me even demanding anything. When I called them later to make sure the issue is resolved, they confirmed it was within 2 minutes! Other banks would take at least 15 minutes from the moment they pick up the phone. This is a great example of how customers should be treated contrary to what high street banks do.
Honestly, if you want a solid savings account without seemlinglessly endless phone calls, then this is one of the banks to consider.
Brilliant account deal
with customer support
Would like a longer limit to be able to put money into my 1-year fixed ISA, a 1-month term limit is enough
Easy to set up
Easy app to use
You can see the intrest daily which is really good
The website was very intuitive and enabled me to spread my investment where I wanted to split. Also with a competitive interest rate.
