Tricky at first but response to emails was very prompt and I am glad to say my problem with
Unwanted subscription was resolved.

The company was very attentive in solving the problem that I was having about cancellation. I talked to several different agents and they were all helpful and courteous. The process was done very quickly and my money was refunded. It was great customer service.

The response we quick and an attempt was made to resolve the issue. I am not completely satisfied because I needed to receive my refund for the 2 additional payments that I didn't authorize. The advertisement and payment information is misleading. I was lead to believe that it was a one time payment. There was no option to choose any payment method. Additionally I tried to cancel earlier but didn't realize that I needed to go to the site. Consequently I removed my card information from Google cancelled all my subscriptions thinking I was missing it on Google play. It was until I receive this charge today that I researched and realized that I needed to cancel from the site. I am very disappointed and hurt that I was mislead. I regret my experience with reface.

I didn't realise the app was subscription based. I contacted the support team and the subscription was cancelled ASAP. Very prompt and professional service.

Support responded quickly and let me know it is not a technical issue and why it is temporarily not available in my area. I have also joined their Beta program and I look forward to hearing from them when Reface is available in my area.

After I emailed an inquiry the reface team quickly responded within 24 hours. Fantastic. My issue was resolved as well.
