Excellent service arranging a pendant, very quick response by email and item delivered in 2 days, I was very impressed.

Set up very easy and straightforward
Only had it less than one month and thankfully only have done a routine test back to call centre but that worked perfectly so it’s great piece of mind

We purchased the mobile wristwatch for my dad who recently fell but remains mobile with a walking aid. We looked at a number of providers but wanted somebody local and the wristwatch provided the ability to call for assistance but also location identification when out for a walk. The ability to monitor this by dedicated app user was an additional bonus. The purchase, subscription cost compared to other options, set up and support has been excellent. You just wear it as your watch. It’s early days but so far I have been very impressed by Radius 24 and when we did a test call the responder was just so friendly and reassuring. On our experience so far I would definitely recommend.

We got radius for our mum 8 months ago. The system was easy to set up and the company very helpful. Mum has pressed her alarm during the day and at night. Every time the alarm is answered immediately. The staff are so good with her even at 3am in the morning. They are kind and efficient but take time to make sure mum is ok. Can not rate this service high enough. Thank you

Very easy to order online. Received package in post some days later and was set up in 5-10 minutes. Done the test call to Radius as stated on the instructions. All went to plan. Answered quickly and good volume in speaker. Mum chose to wear her alarm on her wrist which is hardly seen and can sense a fall as well as having a button you can press. Peace of mind in case of another fall.

Prompt service and excellent instruction on set up

I have spoken to GRHAME , Claire and today Simone in their Holywood office in County Down . I must say , everyone were unbelievable regarding the wrist band for my 95 year old mum . Today Simone spent so much time on the phone to advise me of the set up . Absolutely amazing customer service services from everyone at Radius . Fantastic staff , company and product and I would recommend to everyone !!! 💯

My daughter did it for me and apart from the Vat she found it very good. I signed the Vat form and emailed it back to you but I was excepting an email back to confirm you received it and the amount i need to pay.

I contacted Radius in relation to a personal alarm for my mother. I received informative and helpful information, and I was able to collect the device the same day. It was easy to set up and it is working well. It gives me and my mother piece of mind.

When I phoned to enquire about the personal alarm the staff were very helpful, friendly and understanding of our situation. Everything was explained well. Payment was easy and items arrived within the delivery time that I was given. The set up in the house for my mother was easy and straightforward as previously explained. I would recommend.
