Absolutely scam
Absolutely scam, the overcharge for everything and don’t please please please don’t sign the contract, u can not get out of it no matter wat, they are pure scam don’t sign without reading small prints. And this message about calling you so u can look in to it, I tried, I called so many times and tried to resolve it, I spoke few times and everytime nobody does help, instead they just keep reminding you that u are in contract no matter wat u have to pay for full contract value, absolutely scam, scam , scam , I will be taking things to trading standards and watchdog, thier installation team is a sham and fraud they make money by charging you for appointments and rack up the bills, so far 3 months I haven’t got the device installed and paid over £350 and still expected to pay the full contract value and the devices is not even installed, wat a scam of a company this is avoid at any cost, read small prints and don’t sign the contract, at the bargaining they keep calling and keep emailing you to get u to sign the contract , wait until u sign it than the downfall starts. Thank u and no thank you for reply but just as I mentioned I spoke to complaints team several times, no help and resolution, absolutely joke of a company you are, pathetic service and pathetic complains team
