Great care from Sunny after my dad came home from hospital minus his toes! Sunny made sure he was safe and was always on hand but was conscious of his independence, helping him for 3 weeks while he adapted. She gave me total peace of mind knowing she was there to support him.
She’s a lovely person and we both enjoyed her company.

We were looking for a live in carer for my mother who was very old and struggling with dementia. The live-in-care company provided us with two excellent carers. The company were always available by phone to listen and offer support.

Shenay has been a god send to our family and helping my mum with early onset Alzheimer’s. Luca, Sarah, Nicola and Lauren have all been very helpful and understanding, giving us so much advice.

From our very first telephone conversation and everyone since we have found the staff knowledgeable, understanding, professional I could go on. They are all absolutely wonderfully kind and supportive. Their IT systems are easy to navigate and their recruitment process for the client is efficient and effective. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Greta was a nice person and she tried to be helpful. But she had difficulty understanding simple instructions. She seemed not to grasp some basic truths such as Covid was a real thing. She also smoked despite stating she didn’t that she only vaped. She was a committed smoker, probably about 7 times a day. Fortunately she smoked outside but I could still smell it on her. I would not use her again.

The service has been excellent and the Live in Care person was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Adeola Brown, the care assistant who looked after my mum for 7 weeks whilst my dad was in hospital.

Was absolutely an amazing experience to have a live in carer for our dad. Daniel was caring, gentle, polite, trustworthy and most reliable. Had no concerns when we left dad in his hands for respite care.
This is a remarkable service provided by the live in care company and we are in the process of using them for the third time. He went above and beyond in every way and would definitely have him again in the future. He left the home very tidy and clean, his room, the living areas, kitchen, bathrooms etc.
He respected the house as his house and I was relaxed on my return.

I have already recommended the Live In Care Company to my aunt's social worker for the benefit of others! They have been extraordinarily helpful. They provided us with a choice of carers & found us a highly professional, well matched carer for our aunt at very short notice. The carers have to keep their mandatory training up to date to be allowed to work, which is reassuring. The agency staff are professional & understanding, & communication is prompt. The online dashboard, shows all the details of your care package, and we have a named person at the agency who liases with the family, and with the carer by telephone to ensure everyone is happy and things are running smoothly. The agency contacted us in good time to provide a choice of relief carers, and we've been fortunate so far to have the same, excellent relief carer twice, for continuity. Each carer has a written profile, and also a video, which we found invaluable in choosing, together with our aunt, the best matched carer in terms of interests and personality. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be for the agency to provide an FAQ leaflet on how to deal with issues such as handling money (we provided petty cash for the carer initially, but now have a Carer's Money Card), and what happens to your Council Tax with a paid live in carer etc. (We understand that if in receipt of any benefit, such as Attendance Allowance, a paid live in carer doesn't usually affect your single occupancy discount.)
The whole process has been as smooth and stress free as it can be, and we feel confident that we, and our aunt, are in good hands. We've been with them for three & a half months now, our aunt is happy & very well cared for, & the agency lives up to its 5 star reviews!

My carer was very efficient, caring, interested, and genuinely a really nice person. We had great conversations and learnt a lot about each other. We had a lot of laughs and I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

The Live in Care company were a pleasure to deal with, they helped me find carers for my Mum in a short time frame. I live in Australia and my Mum is in the UK, the Live in Care company made the process so easy. The selection process is really good with carers put forward with a video introduction of each candidate to help form a shortlist before interviewing. There is a good pool of Carers and they were able to find relief carers for when the main carer was on break. My Mum was well looked after, I highly recommend the Live in Care company.

Fantastic service Mandi was a huge success with my dad. They provided prompt care in our hour of need with no fuss. I will not hesitate to use them again when the time inevitably comes.

Very helpful admin staff who respond quickly and really try to get things sorted. Am very happy dealing with The Live In Care Company. So far have been pleased with the 2 carers we have employed, but generally impressed with all the carers I've interviewed. Really no complaints!
