I can’t fault these guys. Seem to be one of a very few places that still out customers first. We live in a very remote place… our first order was over a hot period. They called within minutes of ordering advising that they thought it best to delay shipment to a Monday to give it the best chance of arriving as expected. Packaging is the best I have seen with ample cooling packs. Price is good. Shipping fast. Quality products. What a breath of fresh air when compared to the likes of A””””””n and other careless corporate machines. Keep it up and you have a lifetime supporter! Thanks

The selection of Flours is amazing, the best I found on the Web. Deliveries very quick and the products properly sealed. If requested they can split larger bags into small ones. Quick and responsive customer service.

Our go to for baking supplies.
Ratton Pantry is great! We've been using them for nearly five years. At first through the Amazon then directly, so Jeff doesn't get his cut! Every order that's placed is delivered quickly and on the rare occasion there's been a problem with deliver it's sorted immediately.
When items are out of stock, they call and recommend/offer alternatives which are usually more expensive without hesitation.

Very poor delivery
Promise delivery in a 1-2 hour window. Initially am, changed during day to pm but delivered at 8pm. Waited in all day. Food decent but don’t believe their delivery promise. Ratton dismissed saying it arrived within a 48 hour period

We would, however, like to clarify the delivery service on your order. The 1–2 hour delivery window provided on the day is generated by Royal Mail and is not a delivery promise made or controlled by Ratton Pantry. We completely appreciate that having this window moved from earlier in the day to later, and the parcel ultimately arriving at around 8pm, caused inconvenience. Unfortunately, operational or logistical changes made by Royal Mail during the delivery day are outside of our control.
The shipping service selected and paid for on your order was a 1–2 business day service, and your parcel was delivered within that timeframe. We also dispatched your order on time.
When you contacted us regarding the changing delivery time, we responded promptly and went further by contacting Royal Mail directly to try to obtain more accurate information and see whether they could deliver at a more suitable time. We then passed the information they provided back to you as soon as we received it.
For that reason, we feel the criticism of Ratton Pantry in this review is somewhat misplaced, as the issue relates specifically to Royal Mail changing its estimated delivery window rather than a failure by us to dispatch or deliver within the service purchased.
That said, we always do everything we reasonably can to provide the fastest and best possible service from the moment an order is placed until it reaches the customer, and we will always assist where we can if a courier issue arises.
Thank you again for your kind comments regarding the food, and we are glad that you were happy with the products themselves.
What a great find
What a great find, right on my doorstep.
I went to collect my order, and was given a very friendly and warm welcome, encouraged to take a look around, or pop in any time for advice and to try new ideas and products. Some of which are not even on the website.
I love the ethics of what they are doing too, and the passion. Thank you.
Looking forward to getting a bit more adventurous with my baking, and really happy I’ve found a reliable source of great quality, organic ingredients at more than reasonable prices.

My order was delivered very quickly (especially considering it was by Royal Mail - postmen are a rare sight in the Highlands) and the packaging was very secure and "compostable" - excellent! The flour is good too but then that's why I ordered it again!
