Due to an unforeseen situation the chief had to cancel at short notice, four days before our booking. Obviously we were not happy about this cancellation at such short notice. However, I can only praise the company for the professionalism trying to resolve the situation.
Firstly the company were not happy at the short notice they were given by the Chief booked. They contacted us straightaway and we tried to resolve the situation by moving the date, which unfortunately we could not do. They tried very hard to find a replacement but at such short notice and on a Saturday it was not possible.
My dealings with the company over this period were handled very professionally by them , when things can get a bit ‘edgy’. Although we did not get to use their services on this occasion we have booked them for a future event because of how they handled the situation and the gesture of good faith. I thank them very much for the way this was handled in a situation that was not of their making.

We used this company for my Brother's 50th birthday but had to delay the celebrations by months after they told us no chef would be available just before the day we'd booked. When we finally did have the belated birthday, the food was excellent, as many customer reviews say. Only three stars from me, though, because having booked with them again for my parent's diamond wedding, they have one again contacted us just a few days before the booked date to tell us no chef is now available. To happen once is unfortunate... twice is really poor.

The Chef was punctual and very efficient, cool and relaxed, The pacing between courses was perfect. The food was very good, interesting choices.

We used Dineindulge for a family Ruby Wedding Anniversary celebration. They were very helpful through the whole process and we appreciated flexibility to amend the vegetarian option in our chosen menu. Our chef, Remy, was excellent: all the food was beautifully presented and delicious, and the kitchen was left clean and tidy at the end.

This is the first time I have used DineIndulge, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The booking process was easy, and the communication throughout was faultless. The experience, portions of the food, set up, explanation of the menu, professionalism and calmness of the Chef was absolutely amazing. Our party were very impressed, and I would not hesitate to keep booking for special occasions, my now go to for private chef dining.

Dineindulge catered for a party of us in celebration of my husband's 50th birthday at a Chateau we had hired for the occasion. Every single one of us (adults and children) thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We have allergens within our party and the chef was careful to ensure that there was no risk of cross contamination and catered the same for all to ensure this. The food, the chef and her daughter were all absolutely amazing and the kitchen was left absolutely spotless! Thank you so much :)

On the day the staff at DineIndulge helped with last minute arrangements and the chef was very professional but also had a relaxed and friendly manner. He made the occasion seem very special.

Great tasty food, presentation lovely, overall a brilliant evening. Our chef was great, introduced each course, left my kitchen spotless. Amazing. Such a lovely birthday experience. I would certainly recommend them.

This was our first time using Dineindulge and we certainly were not disappointed.
Their communication was fantastic from the moment we booked. Explaining our menu options, any additional extras, and checking the timings etc. They even notified us when our chef was due to arrive.

Great clear communucation prior to the event. Our chef Ciprian was punctual, friendly and quietly worked preparing a wonderful feast in our tiny holiday cottage kitchen. Presentation beautiful, taste amazing, quantity generous.

This was such an amazing experience! The food was wonderful. We chose this expecting it to be a 'good' experience, and it was priced great. We came away from it with everything exceeding every expectation! I'm not sure how he did it, as we were in a rental and had limited space and equipment, yet Charles gave us outstanding cuisine. From start to finish, he was kind, professional, and delivered everything with perfect timing. We would definitely recommend treating yourself to this experience!

From the initial booking through to the final meal everything was very well organised. Any questions I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. On the day of my dinner party the chef, Tatiane, arrive on time and took over the kitchen I didn’t have to do anything. It was a pleasure to have her cook for us and serve and she explained each course, she was friendly answered any questions my guests asked.? The food was delicious and beautifully presented. My son said the Crème Brûlée was the best he’s ever had and he’s had quite a few. Finally all my plates and dishes and cutlery were all washed. This was a very enjoyable experience and well worth the cost.

Easy to use website, flexible options and helpful staff. The food was very good, the chef arrived on time and was very personable. He also cleared everything up before leaving. The perfect arrangement for our family and friends celebration in a rental house.
