Good meals
Good meals, convenient. Tasty and high protein. I think the app should give a better notification of when the choices for the next week are due like a 30 minute warning. Also the plastic on the packaging often doesn’t come off in one peel and the pot for sauces is difficult to pour everything out without cutlery.

Top quality meals delivered to your door
I’m new to this sort of meal and I don’t like box meals .. but I can honestly say I’ve had 4 out of my first 5 meals and they are absolutely delicious there like restaurant meals ready in 5 or so minutes with proper ingredients.. well done to this company.. delivery great and told a time slot and boxed so well with ice packs to keep them fresh in transit.. this company deserves to do well

Trying Frive meals for the first time
Trying Frive meals for the first time. So far they have been tasty and satisfying but my biggest complaint is with the printing of the heating instructions. The font is so tiny and the instructions so lost in all the nutritional information it is a total nightmare to find and read

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I have an email saying my account was paused and no further boxed would be sent - this was mid May. All of a sudden yesterday £96 left my account without my authority/knowledge. I hadn't been on the app since May, in fact when I checked yesterday it was out of date and needed updating.
Do not use this company. I have raised a complaint with my credit card company. They take money without authority and are impossible to contact.
