The product was outstanding and communication was great. However it took over 5 months to receive my order. I do believe it was more the supplier than Premiere but still it took over 5 months.

The owner Jesse Mathew’s is well respected and very fair. There auctions are always honest, just good people, they will even will load your car for you. The many auctions I’ve been too they are miles ahead of everyone. Integrity is difficult to find in this field; they have it.

The wait time from purchase to receiving purchase was quite long and the feedback from trying to inquire about the time was also slow and hit and miss and not very direct with a knowledgeable bonafide person that is in a position like that to handle that relationship

I am an American living in Portugal, and I ordered three books from Premier; while ordering from another country can be a little uncertain, Premier has been stellar. Their team is also fantastic at answering questions promptly and providing great follow-up. The signed books are exactly as described, and they arrived on time. Looking forward to placing my next order with this very cool company.

My signed Best of Night Ranger double album arrived at my door in England in perfect condition and earlier than expected.

While I expect delays in pre-ordered signed books there was literally no communication from premiere collectibles. I had to email each time asking if there were updates on the delivery date. The date kept getting moved but nothing from premiere after it took almost 5 months

My book came in great packaging that protected it from all damage both wet and dry as well as crushproof. It was in perfect condition with no damaged edges. The autograph was well placed and the cards definitely of high quality paper stock that are meant to last for a very long time. The book shipped right on time and arrived quickly.
