Unique item and autographed by Mr. Gramm, too!

Wishing it'd been protected just a wee bit more...but near mint.

The packaging used for the shipping did not provide adequate protection for the book against the rough handling inherent with the USPS. The book arrived in a bent condition. This would have been disappointing in itself, but is really unsatisfactory when buying an autographed edition.

Great website that is easy to use from searching products to checkout. Updates on the status of my order is great. My order arrives as scheduled.

Fast service and the book arrived without damage.

The picture on your website showed the album with all of the band members (Dokken - Under Lock & Key). When the album arrived only 1 band member signed the album. That is clearly miss representing the actual product you sent me. I was specifically excited to have George Lynch ‘s autograph on that album. Please contact me with a resolution. I can be reached by email which you have on file.

I have still not received my item. Talked with guest care twice after it had been a week with no shipping confirmation. It was supposed to ship in 3 days, then I was told “early next week” then I was told September 10th— with no explanation as to why. So I would say you guys didn’t meet my expectations or make me happy I purchased from you. This was a birthday present and now it is a very belated birthday present.

Easy transaction! Very fast delivery and item is in excellent condition! I can’t wait to give it to my husband.

The Danny McBride book arrived in perfect condition. Very nice presentation. The book is also extremely well-made and well bound. The only thing preventing me from giving this review five stars was the fact I had to pay a bunch of fees to FedEx. I realize I'm from Canada and taxes apply but I should've been given the opportunity to clear the book myself and not have to pay an expensive brokerage fee to FedEx.
I already paid a bunch of money for shipping to have this extra 20+ dollars, tacked on as a surprise, I was not anticipating.
Make it easier for orders from outside of the United States to receive their books.
Make the option to self clear easier.
Until that is done, I will not order any more product

I ordered a signed book mid July, the money was taken from the account immediately but I never received a receipt or confirmation email. I had to contact the company twice to even receive an order confirmation even though the money was already paid. Just this morning (September 3rd) I finally received a shipping confirmation. The order has still not been received more than a month since I paid for it. The representative claimed it was on “back order “ but the proper thing to do in that case is wait until you ship the order to take money from people. I will definitely not ever purchase through this company again.

It was my first time ordering through premiere collectibles but I was excited for the product. When I messaged with a concern, staff replied with reassurance and kindness. When the product arrived, it was carefully packaged and delivered in perfect condition. I'm beyond happy and plan to shop through y'all again. Thank you.

I ordered an autographed book from here for the first time as a gift for my brother. It got here in a speedy timeframe, much faster than the order originally stated! Arrived delicately wrapped and in perfect condition! Thank you everyone who helped me get this gift.

The signed poster was for my husband. He was so excited to have memorabilia from our past. The price was reasonable and easy to order. Product was delivered promptly with pepper packaging to not damage the poster. The authenticity was nice to know the signature was validated. I have ordered many products and have never been disappointed.

It felt like a scam up until now. You guys have got to do better at communicating. Tell customers orders are running behind or the inventory isnt there yet to fill orders. Or tell customers before they buy it that they dont have books for orders. All I knew is that it would take 2 weeks longer to get it authenticated. Well its been 5 weeks since I ordered it so. My dads birthday has came and went already. I planned his gift a month in advance and i got the punch in the gut when I finally got ahold of you just for you guys to tell me the books just got there and you're finally filling out orders. Also, it was damn near impossible to find any information as for how to get in contact with you guys. Your website is unorganized, and you clearly dont have time to help people if thats how well you hide your contact information. Your customer service doesn't actually do anything because it still took a week to get my order out after i finally got ahold of someone. This book was going to be great, but its lost its special touch. I wish I would have gotten my dad something else.

They were 2+ months late shipping the product and I needed to email 6 times to get status updates. Each time, the customer care rep responded with generic we're sorry it's late messaging without giving any insights as to why. Felt like a scam for a bit. If you pre-order, be aware it might take months longer. Product itself was great, but the way they handled everything puts a bad taste in my mouth.

Haven’t received the order or tracking

I wanted to "add on" the mystery book but it came with another shipping fee, should be at a reduced or no fee since I already am paying for shipping with the first book

Item arrived damaged.

Tag insurance only covers the cost of the item, I ate the shipping costs and an additional import fee.

They were out of the item, and could not replace it, so I just have an expensive damaged item, I won’t be back
