I really look forward to creating this book for my significant other for our anniversary. I created a wonderful book and I had it shipped out express so it made it for our anniversary. When I got there was at least 10 duplicate pages and 10 or 15 missing pages. When I contacted the company for Support, they said that they could send a new one out but it would not arrive for a couple weeks, which is way past our anniversary. For this inconvenience, I asked them to re-print my book however, also refund my money. They declined to do that so I would not recommend them for their product and customer support.

Seeing my partner’s reaction was absolutely priceless :) It is a unique, sentimental keepsake that we will cherish forever. If you are looking for a meaningful, high-quality gift that comes straight from the heart, I cannot recommend LoveBook enough.

I bought a book for my partner and he loved it and I love how you are able to customize to your liking and it’s amazing quality ! Came in perfect condition and 1000% would recommend if you want to gift a loved one a gift from this company :)

Lovebook delivers. I created the lovebook for my woman, and it arrived at her home much earlier than expected. When she opened the box and saw the cover, she was very surprised and amused that it was a book about us. As she read through the pages, it made her laugh, smile and it made her cry then laugh and smile again. She said she expected flowers but the lovebook was far better and was the best gift anyone has ever given her. She was very impressed, not only by the book but by all the creativity. She could see I put a lot of effort into making it and couldn't stop praising me.

Romantic and thoughtful. My husband and I read this together and we love it.

Its was great gift for my husband. He enjoyed it alot. He had a stroke and in wheelchair can't walk but he loved ot soooo much!!!

If I could give zero I would. I ordered my book one month in advance to make sure it arrived on time, it has still not arrived so now I have nothing to give my friend on her birthday!

These books are really easy to put together, and they come out looking great. The templates are pretty nice to start with, and you can adjust from there. I've made 3 books for my daughter and she's loved them all.

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE!! I read some negative reviews online previously to purchasing and I'll admit I was hesitant. But I bought it anyway, and I am beyond happy with the outcome. The book showed up packaged in a box, so my partner couldn't see what is was or where it was from. There were no marks or bends in the pages ( I ordered the hard cover), and it arrived 2 days before scheduled delivery date! Everything was exactly how I made it. The website was easy to use, and there are so many custom features. My partner loved our little story book. Thank you so much!!

Cute book for 40 pages, but too expensive for its size. I didn't know what to expect in the mail, and it was a small, thin book.

I have previously received many Love books for many occasions in my life by my husband. And they have all been exceptional!! So I decided I think he deserved a love book from me it was our 30th together so It seemed an appropriate time to get him one.

I was so happy with it i can not tell you In words how spectacular it is.
I spent a lot of months perfecting it, I could just keep going back to it, filling in pages here and there. That is one of the things I loved about the process, there was no time limit on how long to create it as Its at your leisure and time limit.
It was a surprise for my husband and he absolutely loved it and having received one for a change lol.
he has done around 6 books for me over the years all amazing happy surprises.
I really can't praise them enough.

I had a really good experience with LoveBookOnline. The book arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. There are so many options to choose from, and everything is customizable, so you can truly make it personal.

I did not receive my book, and they do not care to help!!

I ordered multiple products on 11/29/25 as my Christmas presents to my wife. I paid extra for "super rush" shipping. I was given an expected delivery date of 12/5/25. On 12/3/25 I received an email that my order was ready to be shipped. I had still not received my order by 12/24/25. I tried to contact the company but was only able to submit a contact form because they have no phone number listed. They did not respond. On 1/13/26 I received an empty box from them. I have tried to reach the company again and still with no response. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THIS IS A SCAM!

UPDATE:
I received a response later on 1/13/26. They promised to send out new books and provide shipping details when it was sent out. I did not receive shipping details. I did receive a package containing 2 of the books. I sent them an email in which they replied that the order was filled and delivered. It is obvious that they do not know what is going on there. Still without my order!

This is the second book I received due to the first one being damaged. I emailed this company after receiving the first one and the pages were falling out. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and when she opened it the pages started falling out. When I messaged I never got a response, just had another book show up today. While I appreciate the gesture of trying to make it right a response would have been nice. Also the book I received today the pages are not glued in good again so pages are trying to fall out. And the front of the book corner was bent where it was boxed. I am extremely unhappy with quality for the amount of money you spend for one of these. I hope someone will reach out to make this right and if they do I will write a better review. At this point just give me a refund and I will send you both books back and take my business elsewhere.
