Both articles arrived damaged (rusty and with scratches) even though the package itself looked ok from outside. So the articles were sent already damaged!

Communication at an excellent level. The plants are gorgeous. The site is clearly made with love for plants. The only drawback was the delivery, they waited unnecessarily over the weekend somewhere in the GLS warehouse in Germany and one can see that it was quite weak, so the transport was unnecessarily extended by two days. Next time I would recommend sending at the beginning of the week. :)

Absolutely delighted with the delivery! Ahead of schedule, perfectly packed and with great looking products, I absolutely recomment!

i bought sustainable box and expected plants from picture. I received 3 plants from picture and rest are just some random ok looking or ugly plants. They come very fast to my country and in good condition except aloe vera got damaged in trip. They come in super small pots so will need to replant them in bigger pots. All together I am satisfied with my purchase and will take good care of them all even if hlaf of them are very ugly.

I placed an order with PLNTS, and although the overall shopping experience was great, my Monstera unfortunately arrived with several leaves that had turned completely brown during transit.
I contacted their customer service and attached a few photos. Their response was incredibly fast, friendly, and professional. They apologized immediately, acknowledged that the plant did not meet their quality standards, and offered to send me a brand-new replacement without any hesitation.
They also kindly allowed me to keep the original plant so I could try to bring it back to life instead of throwing it away. I thought this was a very thoughtful and environmentally friendly gesture, and I truly appreciated it.
Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent, and I always felt that they genuinely cared about resolving the issue and making sure I was satisfied.
Plants are living products, so occasional problems can happen. What really matters is how a company handles those situations, and PLNTS exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
I highly recommend PLNTS to anyone looking for beautiful plants backed by excellent customer support.

GLS is the worst logistics company they could use. The whole buying experience is ruined by them. You order and you don't know exactly what you get, its quite exhilarating to wait for the package... and then you have GLS, a company which is notoriously unreliable but consistently fing it up. From now on whenever I see a company using GLS I will not order. Ordered on the 9th, according to their website it should take up to 4 working days to delivery, expected delivery to a phony package shop on 20th! 11 days later.

The plants were packaged in such a way that a lot of the leaves broke. I ordered the S sized plants. They were put sideways in the box so a lot of the soil fell out during transport.

Also didn't help that the delivery person put it on our driveway sideways, with a clear "this side up" sticker.

I placed an order for multiple plants and paid €82.58 on June 29. Without prior notification, the package was split into three shipments and dispatched on different days. I received the first two boxes on July 6. Although delivery was promised within five days, it took two days longer. Upon opening these boxes, I discovered that my order was incomplete and divided across multiple packages. I contacted customer service, who assured me the final box would arrive the next day; however, it did not. I requested them to verify the delivery address, as the first two packages had incomplete information, requiring the courier to call me at my door to confirm my apartment. They confirmed the address was incorrect but refused to verify or rectify it despite my explanations. As of today, July 16, I am still waiting for the complete delivery of my order. Of the €82.58 paid, only goods worth slightly less than €35 have been received. Since July 9, the company has ceased all communication via email, WhatsApp, and other channels. I am left without my plants and without any resolution, which constitutes a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience.

My experience with PLNTS has been amazing from start to finish! My plants arrived in perfect condition, carefully packaged, healthy, and looking absolutely beautiful.

I received a plant that was shorter than the one i ordered

My second time. Super plant. Excellent bargain. A third order is on the way. I enjoy to build up my personal jungle.

My order was 10 whole days late. And all I received was a 10% off coupon for my next order, as if I'd order from them again .

- I don't see my order in my account
- I did not receive a confirmation of the package until after I had requested one.
- Delivery took longer than 2-3 Business days
- Celling of Plants was not the best, as sand was everywhere
- One of the Plants arrived not looking well.... But I will wait 2-3 days

I would never order through PLNTS again..
One of 2 plants was totally broken, and one of 2 pots was also broken when it was delivered.
And we are still waiting from customer service response.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but after reading the online reviews and careful consideration, I was willing to give it a try since the plant babies really look cute and beautiful. After ordering and having no updates, I felt a bit sad and worried, but then after a few days I got an email saying that my order has been shipped and will be delivered to me soon. After reading that, I was very happy and upon receiving my package I was even more delighted as I finally got to see my plant babies. I was so afraid the whole long journey would have wrecked the plant babies, but fortunately they came in good condition! Thank you so much!
