I was very excited to place an order for an Olive tree … and very disappointed when a wrong plant was delivered. However customer service was lovely and we canceled the order and the payment (the olive tree was supposed to be a birthday present, a new shipment would not have made it in time for the birthday party).
I will order again, I am sure this was only an unfortunate mistake.

The overall experience was satisfactory, but I was disappointed that there were no instructions provided on how to care for the plants. Additionally, two plants sustained damage during transportation.

I bought a Ficus Lyrata tree in April
I bought a Ficus Lyrata tree in April. The delivery was fast, and the plant was in good condition. It was a bit smaller than it should be, but it was so pretty that I did not mind. It came in the pot already, and it is thriving.
I've bought plants on other websites, and they were potted incorrectly, which meant I had to repot them. This stressed the plants, and they looked horrible shortly

Bad, never again!!!
I ordered plants for over 230€ for my new apartment. The website seems very user friendly and nice and I was surprised how many cat friendly plant options were available. But when the order arrived, it arrived 4 -5 days later than expected, everything rotten and damaged. This seems like a scam to me. I would not recommend it and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Very sad plants
I ordered two plants and both come with insects and in a very sad state. Quite some leaves are damaged, and the real plants look quite different from the photos. The quality does not match the price of the plants. They look like they have been neglected and no good quality control. Return would not be possible, so I take a lot of effort to treat both plants, would not recommend it comparing to my previous experience with other online plant shops.

AWFUL company. The photos on the website DO NOT look like the plants you receive. I would NEVER have bought the plants if I had seen them. Total rip off and no returns possible. Trying to get a refund via PayPal. Do NOT buy from this company - go to your garden centre to see what you get!

This company is an absolute scam.
My plant got missing because they delivered it to the wrong address. They did not offer me any support. I had to find it myself. When the plant finally got found, I want to return it because I don’t believe it’s quality period. After 16 emails back-and-forth they are still refusing to send me a return label.
