I received my second order and there will definitely be more. This is definitely the best houseplant shop, great selection at unbeatable prices, reasonable delivery time with the ability to track at any time. The only problem is that you have to be quick, because a lot of things sell out quickly 🙂 The plants arrived both times in perfect condition and exactly as pictured. Thank you to the entire Harmony plants team, You're doing a great job!

I absolutely love this shop! The plants were packaged incredibly well — I was honestly amazed at how perfectly they were protected against the cold. Everything arrived in excellent condition.

The mystery plants were also a wonderful surprise and matched my expectations perfectly. All plants look very healthy, the roots are in great shape, and you can really tell how much care goes into packing and shipping.

On top of that, the customer service is extremely friendly and responds very quickly, which I really appreciate.

It’s easy to leave a bad review when something goes wrong, or a perfect one when everything goes smoothly. My experience was somewhere in between. There was a small delay in communication, which caused a minor issue, but it was resolved within 5 minutes. The plants arrived very healthy and extremely well packed—honestly one of the best shipping packages I’ve seen in years of collecting plants.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the communication delay.

PS: There is currently a bug in the online shop: when you log in, the PayPal payment option disappears. They are already aware of the issue and are working on fixing it.

I purchased an Alocasia Silver Dragon Albo and an Alocasia Jacklyn Aurea. The plants arrived in perfect condition, despite a 3-day journey. The packaging was top-class and very well done. I will definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommended! 10/10

The plant I ordered (Monstera Burle Marx Flame) was delivered quickly from Germany to Finland, very carefully packaged and in perfect condition. The plant has started growing extremely well. Customer service is also friendly and prompt.

Delivery was fast, I was informed about every step from purchase to plant being delivered at home. Plant arrived in perfect condition to Finland and package was insulated very well. Will order from them again!

Great service and great plants at very affordable prices. You can score real gems and not break the bank. Plants are always of great quality. On top of that, the Harmony Team goes out of its way to help you, even with unusual requests that must be inconvenient for them. Very highly recommended! I have already placed three orders with them, and they have never disappointed.

Edit. I finally received a reply and got a refund on the missing plant and an extra voucher for future purchases. :) Hopefully I'll have better luck next time with this store!

I ordered three plants but only received two. I have sent them two emails and one Instagram dm within the last three weeks but still haven't got a reply or refund. I mean the two plants I received were beautiful and shipped fast, but having to wait weeks for a reply when they themshelves made the mistake is stressful and annoying. Also, reading these reviews it appears I'm not the only one. This is so sad, as this shop offers some really nice plants at a reasonable price.

Wow!!!! What beautyfull and gorgeous plants! Healthy and pest-free also! So the only thing that could happen now (elsewhere tho) is that the plants dont have good root system but oh no no no not here, you can clearly see healthy (!) roots comming all out of the pots so yes what a pleasure to unbox and to have in my collection! And all plants are with beautyfull variegation! I am deffinateley ordering here again! Also when you order in most shops many plants (leaves) are broken from pakkiging but also no no not here, not a wrinkle in one single leaf! Wonderfull!!! Thank you so much! I ordered a Carla ra8×ra3 and a red beauty. I'm very happy with what I ordered. There were 4 plants in the red beauty pot and there was free random philodendron that I don't recognize.

Now there's no way the ra8×ra3 part is true but I bought it because I liked the look and the price was right.

Hannah I think you should make an effort to label the plants correctly. You have great deals and the price is very competitive. Mislabeling plant just deters costumers.

For some years back, I was really happy with Harmony Plants, but now, the ordering process sucks! Not only the communication AFTER buying the plants, but also the period for getting the plants. 2 times they told me the plants were packed and shipped, but it was not the case! I had to wait days and weeks for answers. Their lack of communication, the tracking mail and the lying is just unprofessional and untrustworthy!
Sorry, but I will not buy from you again.

Everything was packed well and in perfect condition when arrived.

I was really excited to purchase a Carla plant along with two other anthuriums from this store, especially since I had saved up for months. However, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

Before the plants arrived, I sent multiple emails and had to wait a long time to get a reply—sometimes they didn’t reply at all. After the plants arrived, I wanted to purchase another plant and asked to see photos of it. They promised to send them the next day, but never followed through, and by the time I checked back, the plant was sold out.

Unfortunately, the Carla plant I bought died just two days after it arrived in my greenhouse. Given the poor communication I’d already experienced, I didn’t bother reaching out for a replacement because I knew they rarely reply, and since they deleted my last review, I doubt they would care to resolve the issue.

This might not be everyone’s experience , but it’s been mine, and it’s left me very disappointed. and i am sure that Hana is a great person with passion for this hobby but I hope the store improves its customer service and communication for future customers

I gave this store 3 for the good packaging and the conditions of the other plants , and because i know they probably did do their best and they ate good people

Plants arrived really fast - 3/4days for international shipping - amazing! Even the heat pack was still warm (last mile).😅
Packaging was unbelievable - so light, careful, yet sturdy, not a single gram of soil left the pot.🤪

I had an amazing experience with Harmony Plants! My plant arrived very well packed, also with a very warm heatpack, Wich shocked me, considering the fact that it's the end of winter, and the package left Germany on Monday and arrived in Romania, in my possession, on Thursday.
Before the purchase, I emailed Harmony Plants regarding the safe delivery of the plant on this season. I got an answer very fast and I was assured it will arrive safe, and it did! I am very happy I found this seller!
Also, my plant is very healthy and has absolutely no damage!
I will make further purchases for sure!

I got new anthuriums from Harmony in January and i always get what I expect or better, they have a healthy variety of hard to find plants in Europe. And the winter packaging is on point, nothing was hurt and there was a heat pack still warm.
I will be getting more new anthuriums from them by the end of this year
