I placed a large order with MonJungle, expecting the level of quality and service promoted on their website. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different.

First, instead of the Hoya Heuschkeliana Variegata I ordered, I received a plant with a completely different variegation pattern. When I contacted customer support, I was told that it was a “mutation.” However, a plant with a different variegation is effectively a different-looking plant, and customers choose specific plants based on their appearance. I did not receive what I paid for.

Second, my order included a free gift — Epipremnum Snow Leopard — which was listed in the order but never arrived. After I raised the issue, it was simply ignored.

The biggest problem was that one of the plants arrived heavily infested with pests, with most of its leaves badly damaged. This raises serious concerns about the quality control procedures before shipping.

I was also very disappointed with customer service. Despite the website advertising 24/7 support, I often had to wait 3–4 days for a response. After multiple complaints, the only solution offered for the incorrect Hoya was a discount on a future order. When I explained that I had no intention of placing another order after this experience and requested either the correct plant or a replacement of equivalent value, they asked me to send photos of the pest-infested plant. After I provided everything they requested, communication essentially stopped, and I never received a resolution.

In the end, I received the wrong plant, never received the promised free gift, received a pest-infested plant, and experienced poor customer support throughout the process.

Based on my experience, MonJungle does not deliver the level of quality or customer service that its website promises. I would advise potential customers to think carefully before placing an order.

Really great plants, I ordered a few times already on this website and it never disappoints me. It's pretty cheap compared to other websites so that is also why I order there pretty often.

Ordered some really neat plants to Germany. They were delivered in good condition and they are doing fine in their new home.

They sent me the wrong ceropegia, but kindly responded and offered a fast and correct solution.
The fulfillment time was a little long.

I highly recommend Monjungle for anyone looking to add some greenery to their space. Their commitment to quality, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service set them apart. I'll definitely be returning for more plants in the future!
