Don't buy from here!

I ordered a Pen from here for a present to my grandmother (Parker). After 2 days. It completely clogged up and was not usable. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I should clean, and soak it for 24 hours. I ended up sending it back, they in return ended it back saying they had cleaned it.

After 2 more days, it clogged up again. They told me that she has use it every day most of the day, very weird product, and I know for a fact isn't true, since she really does use it everyday.

They even accused me of using wrong ink, even tho I bought the ink from them, and of the same brand of the pen, like it was recommended on the webside when I bought it... They refuse to take it back...

Don't buy from here, they send faulty items and the customer service is awful.

Always a good experience. I had a problem with my login. But the customer service was kind, and VERY fast. And solved my problem.

Fast delivery and stocking items that are hard to find in other places.

Tried the Christmas calendar and I feel quite disappointed. It feels like the calendar is filled with promotional, sample size products or leftover stock packaged and sold as a advent calendar. The products are nothing I would reach for myself in a shopping experience. They feel all over the place and quite disconnected. Instead of enriching my crafting life, I am now an owner of a lot of random supplies that I will probably never use, like a toxic green Sharpie pen, mini pack of green air dry clay, a single blue crayon, sample size red acrylic paint, one time use pen loop etc. I don't think I will repeat the purchase and I would definitely NOT recommend.
P.S. ordered some pens on top of the calendar which are great, so I give the second star for that.

Best service ever, I won a drawing contest they hosted once too, and that was super nice, but I had been a customer 2 times before that, and have absolutely no complaints!! I’m all stocked up on art supplies right now, but whenever I run out I’m definitely going to be restocking from Penstore

The packing was indie store like, but honestly I prefer that, it felt very personal and that was nice.

My wares arrived quickly, the quality is as described, the pricing is good and they have a lot of options for most of the categories they sell.

I have since received my order, which took 6 days to arrive. Not the fastest delivery considering that the package was sent from Sweden, which I can live with.

However, the tracking does not seem to work and neither did I receive any notification when the package was delivered.

If you are selling to international customers then you need to ensure that tracking data is continuously updated in real time and not just part of the time.

Great collections, product descriptions and reasonable or lower price than other stores. Could be even better with faster and cheaper options for delivery.
